我发觉许多企业在品牌管理上，是很缺乏一些经历，作为我个人来讲，我盼望在MBA平台上提高一下，再进一步学习一些国际大公司的品牌管理的方法，尤其是他们对于市场管理的方法 　　张销民：你在个人职业打算谈到以后要到一些大的国际企业工作，能不能明确去什么行业、什么样的公司呢? 　　王元鹏：我毕业以后想去欧莱雅、资生堂或者宝洁这样的公司 　　张销民：你提到这三家公司都是着名的企业，下面有一个问题宝洁是一家在业界有明显的企业文化的公司，依据你的了解你认为宝洁企业文化中最重要的一点是什么? 　　王元鹏：给消费者供应最优秀的、最优质的产品 　　张销民：能不能谈一下你此时此刻就职的这家公司的组织架构是什么样的? 　　王元鹏：我此时此刻就职的是一家民营企业，它的组织构造相对的不太完整，首先它是没有董事会的，董事长下面没有首席执行官，总经理这个层面不存在，然后干脆就是一些部门经理，而且部门的设置也是相对不合理比方说筹划部和设计部应当有严格区分，但它没有，另外销售部和市场部的定位是完全不同的，但是在这个企业里这两个部门是合在一起的，当然还有其他的问题 　　张销民：最终问一个问题，比方你进入一家公司，这家主产品是推出一个新的牙膏产品，你过去九年始终从事市场营销，你此时此刻做产品经理，让你设计一个这个产品的主要市场策略打算，你告知我你主要关注哪几个点? 　　王元鹏：首先我会从产品方面起先，因为每个产品的投入都要经过具体的市场调查，有一个产品定位、渠道定位，在前期的规划中要做一些，剩下的问题可能就是一个如何执行和结合到事实上的一些问题。
