      Help employees to get the necessary knowledge and skills, raise professional quality of the QA staff, and implement educational training.2. 適用範圍Scope凡與製程作業相關之作業人員及品質判定相關之品保人員Apply to all people who manufacturing and quality control people.3. 內容Content3.1權責Authority 3.1.1.各站領班、組長:負責定人員技能訓練項目計劃、教材並執行Each station manager:responsible for making the skill training plan and teaching material and performing the plan.3.1.2.單位主管:負責教育訓練資料及成效考核審核Manager:responsible for the evaluation of educational training and audit. 3.1.3.品保處:負責作業人員技能檢定考試與日常品質稽核。

      QA department:responsible for the test of employees’ skills and daily quality audit.3.1.4.實務操作則依據限度樣品來測試According to the limits sample for the test of practical operation.3.1.5.人資部:負責新進人員報到訓練,臨時卡與技能識別卡核發Human resource department:responsible for the training of new employees’ and issuing the temporary card and skill identification card .3.2 定義 Definition3.2.1.臨時卡:新進及未經技能識別檢定考試合格人員所佩帶之卡片Temporary card:the card for new employees’ and people who pass the skill test.3.2.2.技能卡:人員經技能檢定考試合格者,核發派帶之卡片Skill card:the card for people who pass the skill test.3.2.3. 品質測試(實務及筆試)分數達90分(含)以上者為合格。

      而當站人員的專業技能測試分數必需達100分者為合格The qualified score for quality test(include practical operation and written test)are above 90(include 90)points. And the qualified score for test of the professional skills of the station employee are 100 points.3.2.4.筆試及實作皆通過考核合格者,核發技能識別卡Issue skill identified card to whom pass the written test and practical operation test.3.2.5.三個月內的臨時工由產線負責教育訓練PD is responsible for educational training of temporary employees within three months. 3.2.6若有製程異常或客訴問題時,除有當站主管進行宣導,需不定期納入技能考核內。

      Human resource deportment holds the basic recognition training and exam. Duration:1-3 days.3.3.2訓練教材與考試題目事先由產線主管提供,制定成標準教材使用 Production manager provides training material and testing questions and establish them as a set of standard teaching material.3.4.新進人員在職訓練New employee on the job training3.4.1.新進人員進入部門單位後,應立即制定技能教育訓練計劃表,並經領班與 部門主管簽核確認後,將資料提供人資部申請臨時卡,新進作業人員需佩帶臨時卡 始可上線實習After new employees’ join the department, a skill-training plan has to be set up.Furthermore, after the confirmation with supervisor and department manager, new employee has to wear the temp card to practice on the production line.3.4.2.支援人員在上線作業前需有支援人員教育訓練計劃,經領班初步考核與部門主管簽 核同意後始可上線作業。

      Support staff should be trained before supporting on the production line. After supervisor’s initial test and department manager’s agreement, they can start to work on line.3.4.3.佩帶臨時卡人員及支援人員所生產之材料,需經PQC加嚴檢驗PQC之作業人員則 須由領班等主管人員加強督導The material produced by the people who wear temp card should be inspected more strictly by PQC. The PQC operators should be supervised more severely by supervisor.3.4.4.臨時卡期限兩個月,新進人員需在兩個月內完成技能教育訓練,向品保PQC主管申 請技能檢定考試並通過考核PQC作業人員之檢定除由領班組長考核外,並須經由 課級或以上主管簽核同意The temp card is used for only two months. New employees should finish their skill training within two months and pass the skill testing held by PQC manager. PQC operators should not only pass the test by supervisor but also need the agreement from the upper supervisor or manager.3.4.5. 人員之訓練記錄與考核分數須記錄於「技能教育訓練記錄表」Personnel training record and the testing scores should be recorded in the 「skill training record form」.3.5.技能檢定申請Skill testing application3.5.1時間:新進作業人員到職三個月內須提出;在職人員每滿一年須提出。
