Responsibility 职责5.1 EHS department is responsible for collocation of fire fighting device, inspection, and fire fighting drills. EHS负责本公司消防设施的配置，检查及应急演习5.2 EHS department is responsible for daily supervision of flammability and explosive place. EHS 负责 对易燃、易爆场所的日常监督检查5.3 EHS department is responsible for company's safety inspection. EHS 负责公司区域范围内的安全检查5.4 The security team is responsible for nightly safety patrol. 保安负责夜间的安全巡逻。

Process Description 过程描述6.1 EHS department will collocate necessary fire fighting devices in workshop and flammability or explosive placesaccording to the fire fighting requirements, and establish Fire Fighting Device List.由 EHS 依据消防安全 条例的要求，在本公司各生产车间和各易燃、易爆场所配备足量的消防器材,并建立《消防器材一览表》6.2 EHS department is responsible for the identification and evaluation of flammability and explosive cargo, andestablish Flammability and Explosive Place List. EHS负责监督易燃、易爆物品的识别和评价，并负责建 立《易燃、易爆场所一览表》。

6.3 EHS is responsible for supervising the use of flammability and explosive cargo, inspecting the safety operationinstruction, warning symbol, and other requirements of flammability and explosive cargo EHS负责监督易 燃、易爆 物品的使用，并负责检查易燃、易爆物品是否附有安全使用指引和警告标志以及其它相关要求．6.4 The security team shall inspect the hydrants, extinguishers and other fire fighting devices monthly. EHSdepartment inspect the use of explosive pressure vessel, and fill the results in Fire Fighting SafetyInspectionList.保安队负责每月检查本公司的消防栓，灭火器等灭火器材的完好情况,EHS检查易爆容器的使用情况， 并将检查结果记录在《消防安全巡查表》中。

6.5 EHS department is responsible for organizing safety training about fire fighting regulation and knowledge,pressure vessel safety operation and so on. Fire fighting drill, first aid training, blast protection drill, chemical spillprotection drill should be carried out once a year, and the drill result should be recorded inAccident Drill Report .EHS 负责组织有关消防管理条例，消防知识和易爆压力容器安全操作知识的培训负责每年组织 一次火灾扑灭和火场逃生的自救、救人的演习；防爆炸演习；危险化学品防泄露演习等，并将演习结果登 录在《事故演习报告》中6.6 EHS department organize relevant department to write an emergency plan to ensure necessary emergencymethod and ability once accident happens. Such as: fire fighting plan, chemical spill protection, explosion protection programme(s) and so on. To test the feasibility of the plan, EHS department should establish AnnualDrill Programme(s) and drill these programme(s) periodic and keep the drill records. 为了使在事故发生 时，能有应急方法和应变能力，由EHS组织人员仿事故发生的情况编写应急方案。

如消防演习方案、防泄 露方案、防爆炸方案等为验证方案的可行性，由EHS拟定《年度演习计划》，定期对方案的可行性进行 演练并保存演练的记录6.7 When find accident hidden trouble， the finder should report to the management representative， managementrepresentative shall organize relevant department to have an investigation and take prevention action， refer toCorrective and Preventive Action Procedure and Non-conforming Control Procedure. 对发现的事 故隐患，由发现者报告管理者代表，由其负责组织相关部门人员进行原因分析调查，采取预防措施，具体 依《纠正和预防措施控制程序》和《不符合控制程序》执行6.8 EHS department shall collect the year's data， report and record， combine with the yearly condition， review thecompliance and compatibility of this procedure， and update if necessary. EHS 整理全年的资料、报告和记 录，结合全年的情况，对本程序的符合性和适应性进行评审，必要时进行更新。
