Module2Unit1I can speak English教学设计河南岸中学 高小桃一、 教材分析I can speak English选自外语教学与研究出版社初中英语第一册上模块2第1单元教材内容以I can….为主，通过学生的表演及相关的活动，对自己及他人的能力有一个初步的认识和了解由于本内容与日常生活活动紧密联系，因此在实施教学的过程中，便于激发学生参与的热情二、 学生分析七年级学生由于刚进入初中阶段，仍旧具有小学生的特性，大部分学生对英语很感兴趣，学习热情较高，能大胆展现自我，且已有一定的独立思维和组织能力，乐于协作，敢于表演学生已具有的语言知识：通过Starter模块4第1、2单元的学习，已能理解和表达I can…. I can’t…. Can you…? Yes,I can. No, I can’t.等句子以及dance、play computer games 、 play football、 read 、 run、 sing 、 cook、 draw、 drive a car、 play the piano、 ride a bike、 speak English 、 type 、 write Chinese等词汇。

学生已具有的学习策略与能力：1． 能用英语与他人进行简单交流2． 能小组合作，共同完成任务3． 能听懂教师的简单指令，积极参与各项活动三、 教学目标1、 认知目标A、掌握词汇： can、 play the piano、 play table tennis 、 play tennis、 ride a horse、 welcome 、 international B、掌握句型 I can…. I can’t…. Can you…? Yes, I can. No, I can’t. Welcome…to…2、 能力目标A、通过学习，使学能生掌握表述自己及问对方能力的交际用语B、通过学习，使学生听懂What Betty and Tony can do?3、情感态度目标通过学习I can…. I can’t…. Can you…? Yes,I can. No, I can’t.培养学生的自信心及与他人沟通、合作的能力四、 设计理念1、坚持促进学生身心健康、和谐、全面地发展的指导思想2、激发学生对学英语的兴趣以及对生活的热情3、创造“适合每一个学生发展的教学”确保每一个学生受益。

五、 教学策略1、 运用多媒体辅助教学的手段，向学生介绍一些有关能力的画面、听力材料及奥运歌曲“I BELIEVE I CAN FLY”2、 设置“GUESSING GAME”和“THE KING OF CAN（大会王）”这两个游戏活动，让全班同学参与到课堂活动中来，达到培养学生口头表达能力的效果，并给学生提供了一个发挥、创造、拓展的空间六、 教学活动Teacher’s activitiesStudents’ activities1．情景引入Give the song “WhoAm I ?and tell students what I can do.Listen to the song and respond to the teacher.2．知识新授Talking about the ability with can\can’tKey structure:I can speak English.I can’t speak Chinese.Act out and say what I can do.Listen and checked what Betty and Tony can\can’t do.3．情景操练1.Ask students to act out what they can do.2.Listen and check the answer.3.Asking and answering about ability.4.Complete the table.5.Having a match.1.The whole class work:One student act out,the others try to say what she\he can do.2.Pair work:One asks and the other answers about the information3.Group work:1)Four students in a group ,discuss and complete the table .Then make a report.2)Have a match about the king of can(大会王)between boys and girls.4．情景回归Talking about what you can do.Then listen to the song “I believe I can fly”Say their sentences ,get marks. And win the song.七、课后反思这一课时以“ABILITY”为本课的切入点，在课件上，把每一画面都精心地为学生展现能力服务。

这样就自然而然地激起学生参与学习的热情本课的学习内容所涉及的都是生活中的一些能力，学生对此非常熟悉，所以就很容易地产生参与探究的热情和愿望，也正是在这种积极参与学习的过程中，他们从中体验到了自信成功、学有所得并能学以致用我觉得这堂课能真正做到把课堂让给学生，让学生在自主、合作、探究的氛围中愉快度过，完成教学目标这节课的完成使我感到欣慰它存在着许多可喜之处值得我认真去思考在课上，学生们充分展示自我、表现自我，成为学习的主人但是，由于客观的原因，有个别学生在小学时，英语基础没打好，因此在这堂课仍有少数学生未能活跃起来，缺乏勇气去实践和展现自己，这是在今后教学中需要加以改进的。
