In recent years, more and more problems about food safety are completely revealed such as the tainted steamed buns, lean meat powder, swill-cooked dirty oil and so on. This phenomenon makes the consumers so upset that they loss trust in those businessmen which has side effect on economy. From my point of view, what result in those problems may be summarized into several aspects as following: Firstly, some businessmen lack education about good faith. It is the most significant factor for a businessman that building good faith is the beginning of business.Secondly, the concerned departments haven’t strictly obey the regulations when checking the food. Thirdly, consumers are not well aware of how to choose and tell goods.To ensure food safety, food industry must sticking to the principle of doing well in quality, taste, health, and what’s most important is the safety. Food quality and safety system should be improved legislation should be strengthened.
