      项目总投资21.5亿,固定投资21.5亿,考虑到多方面因素干扰,建设预计期限为2年1.2 设计依据1、化工工程设计相关规定2、国家经济、建筑等相关政策3、2010年西北大学化工学院课程设计指导书1.3 工艺特点本厂以高气煤为原料,在多段绝热床中利用一步法合成二甲醚(DME)及副产物甲醇,收集足够甲醇作为副产品销售高气煤来源于本省及周边省市煤源基地,原料充足1.4 产品方案本厂产品主要有二甲醚、甲醇,并副产一定量的低压蒸汽产品名称本厂规格国家规定产量(万吨/年)单价(元/吨)二甲醚摩尔分率>0.991燃料级203650甲醇摩尔分率>0.999工业级6.52100蒸汽2.5MPa中压级200表 1-1 产品分析二甲醚、甲醇主要销售市场在以渭南为中心的关中地区,关中地区主要燃料依旧是煤及天然气,二甲醚作为新型节。
