Institute of Pure Mathematics and Applied Mathematics， Ankang University， Ankang， Shanxi 725000， China）Abstract：For the major of students， introducing mathematical modeling and mathematical experiment into the course of probability theory and mathematical statistics is helpful to inspire students to love their profession and the knowledge learnt. It is of great significance to cultivate students ability of mathematical application. This paper discusses the advantages of Wolfram Alpha， a new computational knowledge search engine， in mathematical experiment teaching， and shows the application cases of probability and statistics modeling and experiment teaching in the docking specialty with Wolfram Alpha.
