整體計畫中文摘要〔關鍵詞：行動通訊、通訊網路、衛星通訊〕行動通訊的重要性是讓人們能夠隨時隨地在任何裝置上取得資訊，經由整合不同通訊和資料存取裝置，人們可以依據自己的需要選擇使用筆記型電腦、行動電話、掌上型電腦、或是智慧型電話等裝置隨時存取資訊與服務是行動通訊最終的願景資訊通常可以語音、視訊及數據文字等方式在人與人間進行流通，近年來，全球網際網路和無線通訊系統技術蓬勃發展，網際網路以及無線通訊系統的使用者也急速增加中，龐大的使用者需求更多樣化的服務，使得發展無線通訊網路和網際網路整合，以及如何為行動設備提供更高階通訊服務成為目前最為熱門、迫切的課題行動通訊的應用課題相當廣，從數位訊號處理、射頻電路、天線工程、電磁相容、電波傳播、通訊通道容量、到訊息傳輸與交換網路問題等都持續的被研究探討本計畫的目的就是結合本校各科系，積極發展無線通訊(包含短距及長距)及行動通訊網路規劃設計的相關實務技術，如行動通訊網路、電腦模擬、無線通訊、電磁理論、 微波工程、通訊系統及光纖通信應用等研究開發本計畫除了可發展無線通訊及行動電腦網路技術及觀念外，還可順應未來寬頻通訊及行動網路的趨勢，結合現在及未來臺灣迫切需要的技術如無線區域網路包含藍芽、IEEE 802.11a/b/g、UWB與三代/B3G/4G無線行動通訊網路以及有線通訊的xDSL, PLC, Cable Modem與高速光纖通訊，為臺灣業界提供培訓未來的人才需求。

為完本钱計畫的目標，本校特別成立「無線通訊研究中心」，專司計畫的進行，並將負責完成「通訊原理模擬特色實驗室」及「高階無線通訊教學實驗室」硬體及軟體的建設，以利教學、推廣、及研發工作之推展，一方面提昇本校教師的實務能力，另一方面則建立本校重點特色整體計畫英文摘要〔 Keywords：mobile communication, communication network, Satellite communication〕The essentiality of the mobile communications could allow users to get information no matter where they are. According to personal needs, people may communicate with others via different devices, such as notebook, mobile phone, PDA or intelligent telephone etc, to access various information types which would be expressed by voice, visual and database etc. With the development of global world wide web and wireless communication, the users of world wide web or wireless communication also fast growing, it need widely varieties to fulfill such enormous users; therefore, it is very important and urgent to provide advanced level communication service for mobile devices.The applications of mobile communication are quite various, including DSP、RF Circuit、antenna technology. The task of this study is focus on positively developed the wireless communication (including short distance and long distance) and the relevant techniques of the mobile communication network design, such as wireless communication、mobile communication network、microwave engineering . This study would be carried out under the cooperation with different departments. This study not only develops the wireless communications and the technique of the mobile computer network, it may also greet the age of the boardband communications and mobile network in the future. Furthermore, this study combines several techniques which are need for Taiwan industry both in the present and future; they are wireless local area network including Bluetooth, IEEE812.11a/b/c, UMB, three generations/ B3G/4G wireless mobile communication and wire communication xDSL, PLC Cable Modem and high speed fibre communication. This study also cultivates the technicians for Taiwan. To fulfill the task, the Wireless Communication Research Centre is established for this purpose and specifically precedes this study. The Communication principle lab and Advance Wireless Communication lab are establishing to aid teaching, generalized and R&D; it could promote the ability of teachers and establish the speciality of NTIST.年度計畫執行成果中文摘要一、軟硬體設備建置實驗室建置1、建置高階通訊實驗室一間：提供老師所需設備及電通系系學生通訊專題製作實習場所，充分發揮設備功能。

2、建置電路模擬實驗室：提供師生從事高頻電路設計與模擬二、舉辦研習會舉辦無線行動通訊技術應用研討會1、於92年11月27日舉辦無線行動通訊技術應用研討會，共有本校各系科師生96人及68位校外人士參加2、研討會中安排4位專家學者針對最新無線通訊技術與發展作專題演講，會場同時展示無線通訊量測儀器與通訊研究中心研發成果發表 三、教案編纂由本計畫主持人招集相關領域教授編寫通訊基礎科目教案，以利計畫的推廣1. 由電通系詹勳鴻老師撰寫通訊導論教案2. 由電通系許俊彥老師撰寫工程數學教案3. 由電子系孫惠民老師撰寫電磁學教案4. 由電子系張獻中老師撰寫單晶片微電腦教案年度計畫執行成果英文摘要I.
