但同时，中国银行业外部经营环境发生了剧烈的变化，国内银行业竞争日趋激烈，外资银行也大举入境株洲市商业银行作为地方性股份制商业银行，相对于国内其他商业银行而言，核心业务竞争力差成为影响其今后发展的制约因素因此，在不断变化的外部环境和日益激烈的国际国内竞争面前，如何确立竞争战略，利用外部机会、发挥优势资源、提升核心竞争能力，是株洲市商业银行必须解决的问题，也是本文研究的目的所在 本文首先通过对商业银行竞争力评价的指标体系、 评价方法和评价模型的比较，得出用层次分析法（AHP）来分析股份制商业银行竞争力更具优势然后将其具体地运用到株洲市商业银行，测算评价其现实的竞争力并将同城的其他商业银行竞争力指标测算出来，进行比较分析，从而得出在同一个城市中株洲市商业银行与其他商业银行相比较的竞争力差异状况最后根据实证研究的评估结果，分析其竞争力低的具体原因，再结合国内外其他银行运营的成功经验，针对提升株洲市城市商业银行竞争力，提供了相应理论参考和实践措施与政策 关键词：城市商业银行；竞争力；层次分析法 II Abstract As the financial system reform of China is gradually deepening , city commercial banks have made great achievements, and become an important component of China’s banking system. At the same time, there are radical changes have taken place in the external business environment of China. An increasingly competitive in domestic banking sector, foreign banks are also large-scale immigrating. Relative to other domestic commercial banks, Zhuzhou City Commercial Bank, as a local joint-stock commercial bank. The less competitive Core business become a constraint which affect their future development.Thus, facing the changing external environment and the increasingly fierce international as well as domestic competition. How to establish competitive strategies, make use of the external opportunities, take advantage of resources ,enhance the core competitive ability is the problem which must be revolved of Zhuzhou City Commercial Bank, is the purpose of this study as well. Based on the comparision of competitiveness evaluation index system of commercial banks、evaluation method and evaluation model, the result show analyze the joint-stock commercial banks by AHP is more competitive advantage. And then specifically applied to the Zhuzhou City Commercial Bank, measure its real competitive ability, and evaluate the competitive ability indictor of other commercial banks in the same city, then conduct a comparative analysis, the result show the differences of Zhuzhou City Commercial Bank and other commercial banks in the same city Finally, according to the assessment of the results of empirical studies to analyze the specific reasons for the low competitiveness. With the actual situation of city commercial banks, On the basis of the successful experiences of other commercial banks, put forward a series of targeted measures and strategies, For making a theoretical reference to further enhance the competitiveness of Zhuzhou City Commercial Bank and maintain its sustained and healthy development.
