这种方法对于高燃速和高能药的整形,存在一定的盲目性和危险性 因此,在对固体火箭推进剂整形之前,急需一种模拟整形系统,通过对推进剂的模拟整形,准确地表征推进剂整形过程中产生危险的影响因素,得出推进剂整形过程的安全切削用量范围,以便安全有效地指导固体推进剂的整形作业,避免国家财产损失和人员伤亡 本论文主要对推进剂模拟整形装备中的远程监控 CNC 系统进行了研究 首先,对开放式数控系统的优点、性能做了介绍,确定了本课题开发的数控系统为“PC+PMAC”开放式体系结构设计了 CNC 系统的硬件原理图从满足推进剂模拟整形系统的控制性能出发,对位置控制和伺服系统性能进行了详细的分析和研究,运用 PID 前馈法对进给伺服单元的静动态性能进行了调节 其次,借助 PMAC 运动控制卡强大的软件功能对 PMAC 运动程序进行了二次开发对 PMAC 卡进行跳线设置,使其能与系统正常通讯利用 PMAC 控制器提供的 PID 执行程序调整、优化了系统的动态特性 在 UG NX5 环境下,对拟模拟整形的工件的数控编程进行了设计 最后,根据远程监控数控系统的要求,利用世纪星组态软件进行了远程监控界面的开发阐述基于世纪星的固体火箭发动机推进剂模拟整形监控系统组态的方法和步骤。
在分析了系统功能要求的基础上进行上位机的组态开发和功能实现 其研究成果对提升我国固体火箭推进剂装药的自动化水平亦有着重要的意义 关键词:PMAC;CNC 系统;模拟整形;远程监控 Abstract After pouring and curing the solid rocket motor propellant, the end and the cavity plane should be trimed, so this method should be called remachining in the industry. Different from metal-cutting theory, at present the systemic theory and experimental study are very few about the cutting of solid propellant, and the interrelated news reporting is very insufficiency. At home, the cutting quantity of the remaching process which is be formulated according to the experience is short of scientific proof generally. This remachining method which used for the high-burning rate propellants and the high energy power exists blindness and fatalness. Therefore, prior to the remachining of the solid-rocket propellant, it is urgent to study and develop a kind of simulation remaching system. In this way, we can indicate the influence factor which produced in the remachining processing, at the same time obtain the secure cutting quantity. In this way, the remachining working can be guided securitily and effectively, so the country’s property damage and casualties can be avoided. This paper studies primarily the remote control CNC system which used in the plastic propellant simulation remachining system. Firstly, it chooses the structure of “PC+PMAC” and open structure numerical control system as the machine tool and the control system in the subject by introducing the advantages and property of the former and the latter. The author designs the hardware schematic diagram of the CNC system. Based on satidfying the control performance of the plastic simulation remachining system, the position control and the performance of the servosystem have been analysed and discussed particularly, also adjust the dynamics and the static performance of the federate servo unit using the PMAC and PID feedforward adjust method. Second, the PMAC motor program have been developed getting help from the powerful software functions of PMAC. Set the wire jumper of the PMAC in order to communicate with the system normally. The dynamic characteristics of the system can be adjusted and optimized on line utilizing the PID procedure execution which supplied by the PMAC. The NC programming of the simulation remaching workpiece have been designed under the circumstances of the UG NX5. Finally, according to the request of the remote monitoring CNC system, develop the remote control interface utilizing the century star congigueation software. Elaborate the method and the process of configurate the remote monitoring system on solid rocket motor for plastic propellant simulationthe whic based on centurystar. Based on analyzing the functional requirements of the system, the configuration developing and the function realization of the supervisory computer have been conducted. The research achievement has an important significance for promoting the automation level of the charging of the solid rocket propellant of our country.
