面向女性用户的车载中控界面交互设计研究 李梦洁摘 要：随着社会经济的不断发展，汽车已成为人们的必需品现有汽车尽管兼顾了女性的部分需求，但是以男性消费为主导的汽车市场，没有充分考虑女性的需求，随着女性对汽车需求的增长，为女性汽车内的车载中控界面交互设计的研究越发重要本文从女性驾驶车行为的角度研究了车载中控界面的交互设计在分析女性驾驶用户需求的基础上，提出了女性用户对车载中控界面“感官审美-交互安全-情感体验”三维度需求层次结构;以“人-车-环境”的结构视野下构建了面向女性用户的车载中控界面交互体验设计模型，这样能够在触觉、视觉、听觉等功能方面与女性用户完成交互交互设计能加快女性驾驶者对车载中控界面功能的了解，增强汽车内饰的安全性能和颜值度现代车载中控界面用交互技术能够让女性驾驶者具有良好的体验关键词：女性驾驶用户 车载中控界面 交互设计Research on Interaction Design of Vehicle Central Control Interface for Female UsersLi MengjieAbstract：With the continuous development of social economy， cars have become a necessity for people. Although existing cars take into account part of the needs of women， the car market dominated by male consumption does not fully consider the needs of women. With the growth of womens demand for cars， the research on the interactive design of the on-board central control interface in womens cars becomes more important. This paper studies the interactive design of the in-vehicle control interface from the perspective of female driving behavior. Based on analyzing the needs of female driving users， the three-dimensional demand hierarchy structure of "sensory aesthetics-interactive safety-emotional experience" for the in-vehicle control interface of female users， an interactive experience design model for female users in-vehicle control interface， is proposed， so that they can interact with female users in terms of touch， vision， and hearing. Interaction design can speed up female drivers understanding of the functions of the on-board central control interface， and enhance the safety performance and appearance of car interiors. The interactive technology of modern in-vehicle control interface enables female drivers to have a good experience.Key words：female driving users， in-vehicle control interface， interaction design1 现有车载中控界面案例调研汽车传统的中控界面交互方式主要表现于方向盘、控制杆和物理按键等实物装置，功能也是单一信息的物理交互。

但随着智能交通、互联网等信息系统的逐步发展与完善，汽车正在从单纯的代步工具向出行、娱乐合为一体的智能化载体发展对于交互行为方面的深入调研，车载中控界面系统的人机界面设计、操作习惯、交互方式也在发生质的变化交互设计的车载中控界面不像那样有统一的操作系统，不同品牌的汽车会搭载其各自品牌研发的操作系统，也因此导致了不同品牌的操作系统都有各自的特点例如宝马的最新一代iDrive 系统就新加入了手势控制这一交互方式，用户可以个性化自定义每个手势所触发的功能宝马的iDrive 系统是公认的操作流程较为清晰的一款系统与宝马不同，奥迪用触摸屏取代大部分实体按键，并且这些触屏按键在点击的时候都会有震动和声音反馈，这样可以使驾驶者在行驶的过程中更加安全地去操作中控屏幕未来最新的中控界面系统则是用个人智能语音助手作为中枢来语音操控中控界面的功能但是由于目前该方面的技术还不够成熟，智能语音助手时常会出现错误理解用户的语义以至于进行错误的操作2 女性驾驶用户特征分析根据现有研究成果的调查，女驾驶者对车载中控界面系统的要求主要有以下几点：其一，女性对技术的依赖性让人难以相信大多数女性需要车载导航系统来为她们指路，需要自动挡来使驾驶更为便利。

因而，女性驾驶者似乎对高科技智能车载中控界面系统更为期待汽车必须要使女性感到安全、可靠、方便并且操作简易其二，女性需要更多的存储空间，这是与女性的心理特征相符合的她们需要在车上补妆、储存各种物品因此要充分利用已经开发的储物空间，同时寻求新的储物空间其三，女性对时尚潮流更为敏感，对个性的表达更为强烈，她们希望车载中控界面系统能更有风格最后，女性对汽车的舒适性要求更高车载中控界面系统应当给女性一种安全感和可靠性她们在车里放很多东西，给她们一种在家的感觉，因此车载中控界面系统要从舒适性角度下功夫到底什么样的交互语言可以定义女性车载中控界面系统呢？本文接下來的设计论述中可一见分晓 -全文完-。
