腰椎间盘突出症患者自我管理行为水平及其危险因素分析【摘要】 目的：分析腰椎g盘突出症（LDH）患者自我管理行为水平及其危险因素方法：选取2021年7月-2021年5月在江西省乐平市中医医院就诊的143例LDH患者，就诊时采用慢性病自我管理行为研究测评量表（CDSMS）评估患者自我管理行为水平，调查患者相关基线资料，分析LDH患者自我管理行为低水平的危险因素结果：143例LDH患者自我管理行为水平较低，平均CDSMS评分为（24.85±6.74）分;平均月收入 3 000元、社会支持低下、自我效能低下LDH患者CDSMS评分均低于平均月收入≥3 000元、社会支持良好、自我效能良好患者，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）其他不同资料特征LDH患者CDSMS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P 0.05）;经多元线性回归分析检验结果显示，平均月收入 3 000元、社会支持低下、自我效能低下均是LDH患者自我管理行为低水平的危险因素（P 0.05）结论：LDH患者自我管理行为水平较低，可能受平均月收入 3 000元、社会支持低下、自我效能低下因素影响 【关键词】 腰椎间盘突出症 自我管理行为 社会支持 自我效能 Analysis of Level of Self-management Behavior and Its Risk Factors in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation/WU Yuzhen， HE Lian， LIAO Xinju， ZHANG Yurong. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（36）： 0-099 [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the level of self-management behavior and its risk factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Method： A total of 143 patients with LDH treated in Leping Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province from July 2021 to May 2021 were selected， the levels of patients’ self-management behaviors at the time of consultation were assessed using the chronic disease self-management behaviour study scale （CDSMS）， patients’ relevant baseline information was investigated， and risk factors for low levels of self-management behaviors in patients with LDH were analyzed. Result： A total of 143 patients with LDH had a low level of self-management behavior， with a mean CDSMS score of （24.85±6.74）; the CDSMS scores of patients with LDH with mean monthly income 3 000 yuan， low social support and low self-efficacy were lower than those of patients with mean monthly income ≥3 000 yuan， good social support and good self-efficacy， and the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. When comparing the CDSMS scores of LDH patients with other differences data characteristics， the differences were not statistically significant （P 0.05）; the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that mean monthly income 3 000 yuan， low social support and low self-efficacy were risk factors for low level of self-management behaviour in LDH patients （P 0.05）. Conclusion： The low level of self-management behavior in LDH patients may be influenced by the factors of mean monthly income 3 000 yuan， low social support and low self-efficacy.
