my lifestyle英语作文 　　I have a healthy lifestyle.I'm pretty healthy. I exercise every day usually when I e home after school. My eating habits are pretty good. I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I drink milk every day. It's very delisious. I never drink coffce.Of course, I love junk food too. And I eat it once or twice a week. Oh, I sleep nine hours every night.So you see, I look after my health. I often get good grades. Healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades. 　　I think I'm pretty healthy. I exercise three times a week. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat fruit every day and try to eat a lot of vegetables. And I drink milk three times a week. It can help me keep healthy. I eat junk food once a week, although I like junk food very much. Because it's important to eat less junk food. I often study late, but I try to sleep more than eight hours every night to keep healthy. I'm not too stressed out and I always try to keep happy. It's good for my health. So you see, I have a healthy lifestyle and I look after my health. I'm happy and healthy now. 　　Different people have different lifestyles. They do the same things from morning to evening every day. Usually, they write their plans on paper. But sometimes they remember what things they will do in their minds. I also have my own lifestyle. It is wonderful! I get up early on weekdays, and do the school things then. But at the weekend, I never get up early. I sometimes stay in bed until lunchtime. One day, I stayed in bed very late. It was a weekday. The clock rang. It was six thirty. But I didn’t hear it. I stayed in bed until seven o’clock. I looked at the clock and jumped from the bed to the floor. I was afraid, “Oh, my God, I will be late.” I shouted. So I didn’t have breakfast. I put on my shoes and took a taxi to the school. I was in good luck that day. I wasn’t late for school.
