2. 国内学术论文、论著奖励2. 国内学术论文、论著奖励 （（1））A 级：级： 在被学院定义的 A 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文，一次性奖励 1 万元 （（2））B 级：级： 在被学院定义的 B 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为著而正式出版的学术著作，一次性奖励 5 仟元 （（3））C 级：级： 在被学院定义的 C 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为编著而正式出版的学术著作，一次性奖励 3 仟元（A、B、C 级见附录三） （（4））D 级：级：  2在被学院定义的 D 级（见附录四）上发表的学术论文、被 EI 收录的经济、管理类学术论文，一次性奖励 1 仟 5 佰元 （（5））E 级级 除 D 级以外的其他“CSSCI 期刊”和“中国科学引文数据库核心库和引文库（CSCD）来源期刊”上发表的经济、管理类学术论文，一次性奖励 6 佰元 3. 工作量减免 3. 工作量减免 以一年内论文奖励金额 1 万元为一个计量单位凡一年内，在学院规定的学术期刊（即：中文类为“D 级及以上级别” ，英文类为“国际期刊学术论文奖励”中的前 6 类）上发表论文奖励累计达 1 万元的，在我院规定的标准教学工作量（即人均每年 192 个学时）的基础上可减免 48 个学时的教学工作量；若在学院规定的学术期刊上发表论文奖励累计超过 2 万元的，最多只可减免 48*2 个学时的教学工作量。

两年内任意时间有效 注：注：作者权重的计算方法见附录一 （二）科研获奖 （二）科研获奖 由经济管理学院教师作为项目负责人完成的科研获奖，根据级别可以获得如下奖励 1．A 级（国家级奖） 1．A 级（国家级奖） A1：国家一级（一等） ：一次性奖励 30 万元 A2：国家二级（二等） ：一次性奖励 20 万元 A3：国家三级（三等） ：一次性奖励 10 万元 A4：国家四级（四等） ：一次性奖励 5 万元 2． B 级（省、部级奖） 2． B 级（省、部级奖） B1：省部一级（一等） ：一次性奖励 2 万元 B2：省部二级（二等） ：一次性奖励 1 万元 B3：省部三级（三等） ：一次性奖励 0.3 万元 注注：由多人完成的项目，参照论文作者排序的计算方法计算权重 二、科研项目及其他事项的奖励和管理办法 二、科研项目及其他事项的奖励和管理办法 1. 科研项目：科研项目：凡以西南交通大学或西南交通大学经济管理学院（或学校某单位）名义进行的科研项目，必须服从学校关于科研项目管理的各项规定如有违反， 3一经发现并确认后，违者将按学校的有关规定处理，取消学院关于科研激励所有条款的奖励和资助、并退回前期的奖励和资助。

2. 国家级项目：国家级项目： （（1） ） 由我院主持的二年期及以上的国家级重点（大）及杰出级项目，奖励 10万元（项目立项时支付 50%，项目结题后支付 50%） ；在项目研究期间，每年减免项目主持人 48 个课时的教学工作量、共减免 3 年 （（2） ） 由我院主持的国家级基金一般面上项目，自然科学基金项目奖励 3 万、社会科学基金项目奖励 2 万（项目立项时支付 50%，项目结题后支付 50%） ，在项目研究期间，每年减免项目主持人 48 个课时的教学工作量、共减免 2 年 （（3） ） 由我院主持的国家级应急基金项目， 奖励 1 万元 （项目立项时支付 50%，项目结题后支付 50%） ，在项目研究期间，每年减免项目主持人 48 个课时的教学工作量、共减免 1 年 注：每人、每年论文和科研项目的工作量减免总数不得超过注：每人、每年论文和科研项目的工作量减免总数不得超过 48*2 个课时的教学工作量个课时的教学工作量 3. 其他资助项目：其他资助项目： （（4） ） 省部级项目和国家级子课题：4 千元； （（5） ） （单列）市级项目：2 千元 （（6） ） 超过 10 万元(含 10 万元)的横向项目：2 千元 该经费分两次支付，项目立项时支付 50%，项目结题时支付剩余的 50%。

凡未按规定完成的项目，取消学院关于科研激励所有条款的奖励和资助、并退回前期的奖励和资助 4. 学院设立西南交大经济管理学院青年科研基金，每年立项数不超过四项，每项 3000 元，资助 35 岁（含 35）以下的青年讲师从事基础性科学研究，每个项目要求在立项后的两年内至少在学院认可的期刊（即不低于国内 D 级）上发表（含录用）一篇学术论文 此项基金同时也资助学院博士和硕士学位点共建单位的青年教师 （此项基金由院学术委员会讨论决定） 5. 学院资助学院的讲师（含工程师）及以上职称的老师，每年出席一次全国性学术会议的机会要求出席者必须有学术论文被接收且有正式的邀请函每次资助额度不超过 3000 元/人资助的事项为：论文版面费、住宿和交通费  4三．教学成果的奖励办法： 三．教学成果的奖励办法： 项目的奖励办法：项目的奖励办法： （（1） ） 国家级的教学、教改项目，一次性奖励 2 万元； （（2） ） 省部级的教学、教改项目，一次性奖励 1.0 万元； （（3） ） 学校级的教学、教改项目，一次性奖励 0.05 万元； 获奖的奖励办法：获奖的奖励办法： （（1） ） 国家级教学名师，一次性奖励 3 万元； （（2） ） 省部级教学名师，一次性奖励 1.0 万元； （（3） ） 校教学竞赛：一等奖 1000 元，二等奖 600 元，三等奖 300 元。
