Present some pictures and new words. (Memory challenge)Teacher’s activities: Present pictures and lead to read the words.Students’ activities: Look at pictures,try to guess and read the words.Intention: to learn and consolidate some new words .2. Read and fill in the blanks.Teacher’s activities: Present the passage about the conversation.Students’ activities: Read silently and complete the passage.Intention: To make the key points stand out(突出重点)---“There be”patterns.2. Read in different roles.(Boys/Daming---Girls/Linda)Teacher’s activities: Divide the groups and remind the pronunciation andintonations by reading some sentences.Students’ activities: Read aloud and pay attention to the pronunciation andintonations.Intention: to understand and master language in a relative real situation .3.
