如何填写I-140表格除非你是申请 EB-1a 或是 NIW，这张表格是应该由你的雇主，或是雇主的律师来填的填此表的目的，是申请工作移民的资格关于优先级别和排期，在＂入门＂中已作过介绍现在着重在填表上 同样，先下载 I-140 表格 Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (Rev. 10/12/07) Y 和说明书 Part 1.
