BORMESPOLICY NO.: HR / P / 041DISTRIBUTION: DIVISION HEADSPAGE NO.: 1 OF 6 Purpose- This policy aims to clearly state the obligation of both employer and employee in respect of separation and to protect interest of both parties; to ensure that all leaving employees have gone through the standard procedures and cleared of their accountabilities assigned to them in relation to the employment with the Property before the final payment is dispatched.该政策旨在明确雇用双方在员工离职方面的义务,保护双方利益,确保离职员工遵循标准程序。

      PolicyIt is the policy of Shangri-La Pazhou, Guangzhou that all separation cases be the normal resignations or termination, are handled within the legal limits set out in the Employment Ordinance and the employee concerned is cleared of all the accountabilities assigned to him/her in connection to his/her employment according to the procedures prescribed by the property.该政策规定凡正常辞职或合同终止应依据法规约定及酒店规定的程序来进行 Employment ProceduresNotification Period 通知期1. Employee who wishes to resign from the hotel must tender the resignation letter to their Department Head in advance with 7 days notice for staff on probation. After the probationary period, employment can be terminated by either party by giving one (1) month’s written notice or equivalent full salary in lieu except for the cases that are otherwise stipulated by the Employment Contract.在试用期内希望辞职的员工必须提前7天向部门经理递交辞职信。

      试用期后双方应按照劳动合同约定提前一个月向对方提交书面通知,否则应以一个月整额工资作为赔偿金2. BORMESPOLICY NO.: HR / P / 041DISTRIBUTION: DIVISION HEADSPAGE NO.: 2 OF 6在通知期内,如果员工没有诊所签批的病假就缺勤,缺勤的天数内将没有工资,同时同等数额将在最后结算工资时予以扣除作为相应天数的通知期的赔偿。

      Resignation 辞职1. Resignation is the termination of the employee-employer relationship voluntarily initiated by the employee.辞职是由员工提出的劳动合同解除2. Employee who wishes to resig from the hotel should go to Human Resources Department to take the “Application For Resignation Form”.辞职员工应前往人力资源部领取《辞职申请表》3. Human Resources Manager/Director should conduct/arrange Exit Interview with the employee to find out the reason for leaving and at the same time inform and discuss with the Division/Department concerned about their feedback on the employee’s resignation.人力资源部经理或总监应安排与该员工进行离职恳谈,了解其辞职原因,同时,通知部门经理/总监,并与部门经理/总监商量是否同意该员工的辞呈。

      4. If Division/Department Heads concerned wish to retain the employee, discussion should be held on how to retain the employee with Human Resources Director and appropriate action to be taken.如果不希望员工离职,则部门总监/经理应与人力资源总监讨论如何挽留员工及如何操作等事宜5. If the employee’s resignation is accepted by Division/Department Heads concerned in the end, the employee is requested to fill out “Application for Resignation Form”, and forward the form to the Division/Department Heads concerned for approval.若最后部门总监/经理批准了员工的辞职,员工应填写〈辞职申请表〉并交给部门总监/经理审批。

      6. Employee must tender the resignation in advance with 7 days notice for staff on probation or 30 days notice for staff whose employment has been confirmed.在试用期内的员工若辞职应提前7天提出,转正后的员工应提前30天提出7. The Application for Resignation Form with the comments of both Division/Department Heads and Human Resources Director should be forward to GM for final approval.员工的辞职申请、部门意见、以及人力资源部意见应一并呈送总经理审批8. Once GM has approved the employee’s resignation, the Division/Department Head concerned should decide the last working day and complete “Personnel Action Form” and submit to Human Resources Department.总经理批准后,部门主管决定员工的最后工作日,填写〈人事变动表〉,并呈交人力资源部。
