(早上好，先生/女 士，我能为您做些什么) (2)客人：Yes, I want to check in, please.（我想办理入住） (3)前台：Well Sir/Ms, do you have any reservation?（好的，请问您有预定 吗？） (4)客人：Yes, I’ve booked one/two/… rooms.（是的，我订了1/2/…个房） (5)前台：Could you tell me what name did you use to book the room?（能 报告我是以什么名字订的吗？） (6)客人：Frank. (7)前台：May I see your passport, please?（请您出示一下您的证件） (8)客人：Sure. （好的）并拿出护照。

(9)前台接过护照，对照电脑查到了预定 (10)前台：Well, you’ve booked one/two/… King size bed room/two bed room/suite room for one/two/…days. And the room rate is 500 Yuan per nignt.（您订了1/2/…间大床/双床/套房，住1/2/…晚房价是500元/晚） (11)客人：Ok. (12)前台：We need 1000 Yuan as deposit. Would you like to pay it by cash or credit card?（我们需要1000元押金，您是付现还是刷卡呢？） (13)客人：Credit card is fine / Cash. (就信用卡吧/现金好了) 并递过信用卡或现金 (14)前台接过信用卡或现金，开头举行正常拿房流程 (15)登记完证件后向客人递上笔及RC单，一手指向RC单左下角签名处 (16)前台：Your signature please. / Please sign here. （您的签名/请在 这里签名） (17)客人：OK。

(18)收回笔和RC单，核对房卡后递出房卡 (19)前台：Sir/Ms, here is your room card. It’s on the seventeenth(17) floor. And wish you have a nice day.（先生，这里是您的房卡，房间在17楼，祝您入住高兴 2.不顺遂的处境 大片面不顺遂的处境都发生在第（9）、（11）和第（13）这3部 第（9）部：前台接过护照，对照电脑没有查到预定 前台：I’m afraid I can’t find your reservation, Sir/Ms.（很歉仄，恐 怕没有查到您的预定 May I know which way did you book the room?（能报告我您是通过什 么途径预定的吗） 客人：From internet/company.（通过网络/公司）可通过此信息缩小探寻范围 前台：May I know when did you book the room?（能报告我您是什么时候预定 的吗） 客人：A few minutes ago(几分钟前)此时可打进预订部查询是否有新预定 未做单 假设经过排查找到预定，那么可以持续举行第（10）。

第（11）部： 客人对房间处境提出问题 客人：Is that a see view room? /Is this a nonsmoking room? （这是个海 景/无烟房吗？） 根据处境回复客人YES或NO若客人不合意： 客人：I’ve booked a see view room!（我明明订了一间海景房） 根据处境给客人调整或者解释 前台：OK, I’ll change the room for you.（好的，我帮您换一个） 前台：Sorry, we were over booked.（歉仄，我们的房间注满了） 第（13）部： （1）客人拿美金/港币/葡币 客人：Do you take US dollar/HK dollar/MOP(你们收美金/港币/葡币吗？) 前台：Yes Sir/Ms.（是的）叫收银来正常收押金 （2）客人拿出借记卡/储蓄卡 前台：Excuse me, Sir/Ms, do you have credit card?（不好意思，请问您有 信用卡吗？） 客人：No, I only have this card.（不，我只有这个卡） 前台：Well, you can use this card to settle the room rate and pay an extra 500 Yuan cash as deposit.(那您可以用这张卡来结房费，然后再另付500元现金作为杂费押金) （3）客人拿出其他国家货币 前台：Sorry Sir/Ms, we don’t take this. Do you have Chinese money or US dollar/HK dollar/MOP （不好意思，我们不收这种货币，请问您有人民币或是美金/港币/葡币 吗？） 有时假设实在听不懂客人说什么，可以请客人再说一次或者写下来 Pardon Sir/Ms?（请再说一遍） Could you write down it, please!（请写下来） 常见的客人不合意理由： The room is cold（房间冷） May I send you a heater?（给您送个暖炉怎么样） The room has bad smell（房间有异味）May I change a room for you?(换个房间怎么样) The room is too far from each other.（房间隔太远，展现在订多间房时）回复同上 My TV doesn’t work!（我的电视不能看）I’ll send a room service to help you.（我叫个客服去帮您） I can’t use the internet!（我不上网）回复同上 常见客人接洽及回复： How can I use the internet? Do you have wireless internet in room?（我该怎么上网，房间有无线网络吗？） We only have Wifi in Lobby, we have cable in your drawer. Open the explorer and enter your room number as user name and password.（只有大堂有无线网。
