      用于开发体内自由基清除药物,保健品,和食品的抗氧化剂中草药中的抗氧化活性物质有黄酮,多酚,生物碱,多糖,皂苷等等,都是非常好的天然抗氧化活性成分本文以忍冬藤为例其成分有皂苷,绿原酸,黄酮,多糖,都具有清除自由基能力和抗菌能力 忍冬藤能采用多种方法分析其抗氧化活性DPPH方法是目前最常用的检测清除自由基能力被广泛应用于实验室中福林酚法用于检测样品中的总酚含量,是研究抗氧化活性的因素之一ABTS法原理与DPPH相似,都是应用到了抗氧化活性物质具有自由基清除的能力铁离子螯合法,通过测定样品的铁离子螯合能力从而得出样品的抗氧化能力大小样品的螯合能力越强,则抗氧化活性也越强还原力测定法也是最常用的方法之一关键词 忍冬藤;DPPH ;福林酚法;ABTS,;还原力测定The study of the antioxidant activity of Chinese herbal medicine—— the antioxidant activity of Honeysuckle cane Abstract Chinese herbal medicine is a great resource of antioxidant activity substance .the kind of the Chinese herbal medicine is various .such as chrysanthemum, licorice ,honeysuckle and etc. And it s composition is very complex .so the antioxidant activity of which vary from one to another . Chinese herbal medicine act removing free redicals which contain such as ketone,phenol, Alkaloid,sugar,saponins and so on which are excellent antioxidant activity substance. Honeysuckle cane is a example of t.he Chinese herbal medicine which contain , saponihens Chlorogenic acid,ketone.which can abolish radical and act as antioxidant activity substance .the ability of antioxidant activity of Honeysuckle cane can be admeasurement by many ways .The DPPH is the method that people use it most in the lab to analyse antioxidant activity. Folin is used to analyse the phenol of the sample .but it is only one of the fact to balance the antioxidant activity .there are also other method to analyse the ability of antioxidant activity of the sample which are ABTS,Fe chelating ability .The ABTS and DPPH are very resemble .both of them are based on the ability to abolish free redicals .Fe chelating is to determine the ability of the sample of the Fe chelating ability. The more the power of the Fe chelating .the higher ability of the sample of the antioxidant activity .reducing power is also another method to setting out the power of antioxidant activity .Key word Honeysuckle cane ;DPPH ;Foline-Phenol ;ABTS ;Fe chelating 绪论 中草药种类繁多,且抗氧化能力各不相同。

      含有的抗氧化活性成分也是种类较多但是中草药活性成分的提取和研究抗氧化活性的方法是大致相同因此本文以忍冬藤为例子详细阐述其抗氧化活性研究方案得出适合中草药抗氧化研究的一般方法 忍冬藤又叫,大薜荔,千金藤,是金银花的干燥茎枝其主要含有,皂甘,黄酮,绿原酸等具有抗氧化活性现代医学证明其含有较强的抗菌和抗氧化功效,能抑制自由基的生成,从而保护机体延缓机体的衰老 中草药提取物的抗氧化活性研究主要可以利用福林酚法,ABTS法,还原力测定法,DPPH法,铁离子螯合等一些方法来测定其抗氧化活性的大小通常实验室较常用的抗氧化检测方法为DPPH法DPPH法利用抗氧化活性物质具有清除自由基的能力,从而得出DPPH的清除曲线福林酚法通常检测抗氧化活性物质所含的总酚量其抗氧化能力的大小通常用没食子酸的量表示ABTS法和DPPH的原理大致相同,都是利用抗氧化活性物质具有自由基清除能力,通过自由基清除的强弱来表示抗氧化能力的强弱铁离子螯合能力也是反应样品抗氧化能力的一个因素,即螯合率越高,样品的抗氧化能力也越高还原力测定是利用铁氰化钾还原为亚铁氰化钾后,亚铁氰化钾能与三价铁离子反应生成普鲁斯蓝来测定样品的抗氧化能力大小。

      通常结果用样品VC所含VC的当量表示1 忍冬藤的提取方法1.1 所需仪器: 旋转蒸发仪:型号 RE-5003 上海申顺生物科技有限公司 离心机:型号GL-10MC北京四环仪器厂 恒温水浴锅:型号:HH—2型 北京普析通用仪器有限公司 循环水式真空泵:型号SH-3 上海亚荣生化仪器厂1.2 提取方案A 材料粉碎: 称取忍冬藤20克,粉碎,,并且50目过筛B 热回流提取:将破碎后的忍冬藤放置于磨口的圆底烧瓶中,加入适量的乙醇或甲醇,用恒温水浴锅加热至微沸的状态并且回流2次,第一次1小时,第二次0..5小时C 抽滤 :用布氏漏斗减压抽滤浸提液,滤液放入圆底烧瓶中D 浓缩 :合并浸提液,用旋转蒸发仪,温度控制在40度。
