The two sides established a regular consultation mechanism, and formed a project cooperation coordination group to regularly discuss and improve the content of cooperation and coordinate the promotion of bilateral cooperation.IIII, others1. The relevant provisions of the laws of the Peoples Republic of China and the country in which Party A is located shall apply to the conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, termination and settlement of disputes of this Agreement.2.
