BP辩手职责及评分标准Speaker辩手 Role and Responsibility角色及职责 "Prime Minister"or"Leader of the Government"“首相”或“正方领袖” The first speaker's responsibility is to represent a case supporting the motion.The primary role of Opening Proposition ream,initiated in this speech,is to establish the foundation for meaningful debate on the motion.第一个发言选手的职责是展开辩题对于整个辩论的前半部分起着至关重要的作用所以合理的角度、适当的陈述都可以为整个辩论开个好头 "Leader of the opposition"“反方领袖” The Opening Opposition's primary team role is to counter the first Proposition team's case through direct or indirect refutation and/or provide substantive argument against the motion.反方开篇陈述的目的在于，直接或间接地驳斥正方提出的案例，或通过提出确凿的论据，反驳辩题。

"Deputy Prime Minister"“副首相” This speaker should refute the leader of the Opposition's speech,and further develop the Opening Proposition team's case.辩手应该驳斥反方领袖的发言，并进一步加强“首相”提出的内容 "Deputy Leader of the Opposition"“反方第二领袖” This speaker supports his or her teammate,answering objections from the other side and introducing additional arguments or support.辩手应支持他/她的队友，答复对方辩手提出的疑问并且在驳论中添加新论点 "Member of the Government"“正方成员” This speaker should support the position developed by the Opening Proposition team by introducing an extension. A successful extension will develop a distinct argument identity for the Closing Proposition team.The Member of the Proposition may also refute the arguments made by the Deputy Leader of the Opposition. 辩手应该通过引入一个延展案例来支持正方开篇陈述队伍的立场。

与正方辩手一样，反方辩手独特的延展案例应与反方一、二辩手提出的完全不同，但同时仍然在大方向上与他/她们的观点一致反方辩手同样也可以直接或间接地反驳正方辩手的论述 "Government Whip"“正方党鞭” This speaker summarizes the Proposition.s arguments and summarizes the refutation of the Opposition side.With the exception of refuting the Member Opposition's extension,the speaker should not introduce positive (new) matter.辩手应该总结正方的论述和反方的反驳，除非是要反驳反方辩手的论述，否则正方总结不应再提出新的立论点 "Opposition Whip"“反方党鞭” This speaker summarizes opposition to the extension and makes reply to each team's position in the debate,This speaker should not introduce positive(new) matter.辩手应该总结反方的延展案例并且对整场辩论中每支辩论队的立场做出回应。
