■安装 注意◆ 搬运时,请托住机体底部,并不许倒置◆ 安装时,电气柜应固定在安装表面上■接线 危险◆ 接线前,请确认输入电源是否处于关闭状态◆ 请合格的电气工程人员进行接线作业◆ 电气柜及设备请务必要保护接地◆ 请务必要检查急停回路动作是否有效■自适应设定参数 危险◆ 执行调速器自适应设定时,请勿连接电机的负载■运行 危险◆ 设备运行时请不要接触旋转或运动部位◆ 请指定合格的操作人员进行操作■保养、维护 危险◆ 请确认在切断电源的情况下,进行保养、检查◆ 请指定合格的专业人员进行维护、检查■其他 危险◆ 绝对不要自行改造设备第一部分 概述及安装 1.1概述1.1.1 产品组成冷切飞锯控制系统由CT-01运动控制器、人机操作界面、数字驱动系统、伺服驱动系统、继电系统、测速系统等组成CT-01运动控制器由我公司自主研发,采用国际最先进的DSP(数字信号处理器)技术它能高速(1ms)采集外部信号,并通过复杂的运算,高精度控制执行机构对材料的定尺切割CT-01运动控制器的图例说明见图一人机操作界面是液晶触摸屏,通过它可非常方便地修改各种参数,并清晰显示各种实时数据飞剪控制系统组成框图见图二1.1.2产品应用 冷切飞锯控制系统可广泛用于线材、型材等轧制线的高精度连续自动跟踪切,使生产效率大幅度提高。
