Student BookLead a discussion about the pictures that compares play with work. Point to the picture about Jenny’s family. Say They are playing together. Translate the meaning of together. Point to each one in the picture, and learn the new words.Play the audiotape as the students follow in their books.2. PracticeAsk the students to find partners and take turns asking each other questions about the pictures in the student book.S1: What’s he /she doing? What are they doing?S2: He/She’s ___ing. They are ____ing.T: Let’s play together. Ask your partner “What are you doing?”T: Let’s work together. Ask your partner “What are you doing?”3.Story: “Jenny’s Birthday”Prepare to readLook at the pictures on the story book.Questions: What do you think Jenny feels today? Why?
