实习协议Agreement for Trainee Employment本合同由 XX（以下简称为“甲方”）与杨佳盈（ID）（以下简称为“乙方”）于2013年9月3日订立This agreement is made on September 03, 2013 between XX Co.,Ltd (Party A) and XX (Party B).1、 乙方自觉遵守甲方的员工守则及规章制度 Party B should consciously follow the regulation & policy from Party A.2、 双方均可以根据自身一方的实际情况，随时终止本协议的继续执行，不必承担任何经济责任但需提前书面通知对方 Each Party can terminate this agreement any time during the trainee employment period, depending on the actual situation, without any economic responsibility.
