．3．北京交通大学硕士学位论文 Combining his own working experience，the author made a profound study and exploration aiming at the s01ution and problem existing in the management of idle propeny And put forward ef 托 ctiVe and systematic resolution strategies．The thesis has great significance in providing guidance to the practice of the refbrm of the state—owned enterprises． IⅡthe thesis，in the beginning，the author conlbined background and significance of the study on idle propeny with the f-ocus of the refom to state—owned enterprise to illustrate its aim and major content．Then，based on the numerous data，the present situation and existing problems of idle property has been systematically stated．A solution was found to the problems．In the end，an execution plan of manipulating the idle property was put forward，which includes the establishment of the idle prop 钟 ty management system，the target，the approaches， principles of management and operation， working procedure，operation standards，management and operation practice and its emciency． The core part of the plan of management and operation on idle property is the work procedure and operation standards．Combining with working experiences， refering to ‘A modeI’ management ide0109y and approaches，the author has found aⅡapproach handling idle property in a rational way and continued to improVe it in practice This approach has played a significant role in management and operation on idle property in enterprises and it fbms the o“ginality of this study Key words： Idle propeny Work procedure ．d． Management and operation Operation standard独创性声明 y 878{92 本人声明，所呈交的学位论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的 研究工作及取得的研究成果。

我国的《企业会计准则》中规定， “资产 是企业拥有或者控制的，能以货币计量的，能够给企业带来经济利 益的经济资源，包括各种财产、负债和其他权利” 资产可以按照不同的标准进行分类，比较常见的是按照流动性 和按有无实物形态进行分类按照流动性对资产进行分类，可以分 为流动资产和非流动资产。
