Unit 1 Which is bigger? Lesson 4教学设计（第一课时）学情分析：本课教学对象是农村小学六年级的学生，他们对于英语已经有了三年半的学习基础，掌握了大量的单词及句型，并已经养成了一定的阅读习惯但本班六年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降，两极分化比较严重对此，我面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，因材施教，分层教学，把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位我采取了多媒体辅助教学，让学生欣赏等方法开展直观教学，并以演示法、认知教学法引导学生端正学习态度，主动探究学生，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习英语的习惯教学目标：知识与技能：1.能听、说、读、写单词 “ sun、moon、brighter、strong、faster .”2.能熟练运用句型 “Which is …-er, the…or the… ? ”进行比较3.能正确理解、掌握对话内容，再与同伴交流过程与方法：通过学习单词和句型，了解表达太阳、地球、月亮三者之间的比较能正确表达形容词的比较级和最高级情感态度与价值观：培养学生对所学的话题感兴趣，乐于参与讨论，在活动中培养学生的合作精神和自评，互评意识教学重点 : 能熟练运用句型 “Which is …-er, the…or the… ? ”进行比较。

教学难点 : 尝试运用句型 “Of course… It’s …than… The…is the …-est of the three.三者之间比较教学准备:CAI、tape recorder、教学过程: （一）热身 Warming-up 1.师生亲切交谈2.游戏设计意图：师生通过亲切的问候建立轻松和谐的课堂气氛，采用游戏来缓解学生紧张的情绪，活跃课堂气氛，复习了前几课的内容，又调动了学生的积极性，给学生创设学习英语的氛围二） 新课导入 教师利用聚光灯的形式出示stars，带领同学们数一数，引出课题.Lesson 4板书课题）(设计意图：激趣导入，并利用白板的聚光灯功能激发学生学习兴趣，为新课铺垫)（三）揭示学习目标（四）新课教学1．教学单词及句型1） 教师播放PPT创设情境）出示太阳，教学SunT : ( PPT) Look at this picture , what is this ? (学生回答，引出太阳) Yes , it’s the sun . Read after me , sun ↗↘. Who can spell it ? ( S-U-N sun ) Welldone ! X X X , please . One by one , please .Write it on your exercise books . （2）用相同的方法教学 “moon 、earth ” 。

3）强化单词，自编Chant. Sun—sun—sun, our sun.Moon—moon---moon, our moon.Earth—earth—earth, our earth.（4）教学brighterT : (PPT show a candle ) Look , the candle is bright , 明亮的，read after me “bright ↗↘ ”Look at this light , it’s brighter than the candle . brighter ↗↘.Who can spell it ? S : B-R-I-G-H-T-E-R brighterT : Very good ! Spell it one by one . ( Write it on the blackboard ) Read it again . Write it on your exercise books . OK , look at the picture , Which is brighter , the candle or the light ? S : The light is brighter than the candle . T : Yes , of course the light .（5）教学Stronger and fasterTeach stronger and faster like the “brighter ”（6） Practice A．观看PPT操练句型。

T : Look at this picture , which is bigger , the earth or the moon ?S : The earth is bigger. （板书句型）T : ( Write it on the blackboard ) Read it again . Who can make sentence like this ?S : Which is bigger , the sun or the moon ? …T : Good , we can say the sun is the biggest of the three . B．(1)小组完成Part 2中句子练习2)Let’s chant.2.学习learn to say1创设情境，出示图片对话情境2 听录音，找出不懂的单词和句子，小组讨论交流3 出示问题，学生带着问题听录音回答问题4 听录音跟读5 组内分角色读课文6 展示表演设计意图：在整体感知的基础上，培养学生自主学习意识，使学生全身心投入到学习中，教师用恰到好处的激励性评价，增强学生学习信心五）、巩固练习Do the exercises.（设计意图：通过习题，巩固学生对单词和句型的掌握。
