39页中文摘要随着城市化、工业化、现代化以及社会的飞速发展,现代社会的人们在生活、工作和学习的过程中缺乏体力活动的现象已经是非常普遍,大量的研究表明,久坐生活方式是造成人类疾病、死亡和失能的一个主要原因,这已经成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题本文旨在通过分析体力活动的增加对机关工作者体质测试结果的影响,来探讨对机关工作者久坐生活方式进行有效干预的策略和措施,为改善久坐人群的体质状况、促进其健康提供参考本研究运用文献资料法收集了国内外大量的相关研究资料,并进行了整合和分析,参考预防医学的理论研究制定了针对机关工作者久坐生活方式的干预方案,并就其科学性和可行性进行了专家咨询本研究对研究对象进行了为期 10 个月的干预,在干预前后分别对研究对象的体力活动程度和体质健康状况进行评价,并在问卷和试验数据的支持下进行了分析和讨论,为更大样本量的试验和研究结论的推广打下坚实的基础本研究主要结论如下:1 本研究表明通过对久坐生活方式实施干预,有助于研究对象群体有意识的、科学的参与体力活动,增加参与体力活动的人数,为形成良好的、健康的生活方式提供支持,为增强体质、减少疾病打下良好的基础2 本研究试验数据表明通过干预,可以明显增强人体体质健康,使研究对象从思想上、行动上都树立起良好的健康观念,达到增强体质的目的。
3 本研究试验数据表明对久坐生活方式实施干预可以增强人体心脏恢复机能,但对摄氧能力的提高影响不是很显著;试验数据同时表明,对久坐生活方式实施干预对于体质测试中身体形态指标〔身高、体重虽然也有一定得影响,但是影响不大;对久坐生活方式实施干预虽然对于素质类指标也有一定良性的影响,但是除了对柔韧素质的改善比较显著外,对其它的素质的影响不是很明显4 通过整个试验过程和数据所反映的情况可以看出,本试验对于久坐生活方式的干预策略和措施是行之有效的,能够在增强研究对象的体力活动水平的同时,促进研究对象群体体质健康的提高主要建议如下:体力活动对于人体体质健康的影响是显而易见的,建议人们在日常的工作、生活和学习过程中多有意识的参与体力活动,以有效提高心肺机能,增强体质健康本研究的干预方案在小样本量的情况下还是行之有效的,建议在更多样本量参与的情况下,进行大样本量的干预和测试,以期探索出一套成熟的干预策略和措施,从而进行推广,促进国民体质健康的发展39 / 39.[关键词] 体力活动久坐生活方式体质测试干预.I.AbstractWith urbanization, industrialization, modernization and rapid development ofmodern society, people’s life is lack of physical activity in work and learning, whichhas been a very common phenomenon. A large number of studies have shown that asedentary lifestyle is a major cause of human disease, death and disability, which hasbecome a global public health problem. This article aims to increase physical activitythrough analysis of agency workers, the impact of physical fitness test results to asedentary way of life of workers on the agency's strategy for effective interventionand measures to improve the physical condition of sedentary people and providehealth suggestion.Before this study and the experiment, many documents at home and abroad hasbeen read and a large number of relevant research data was collected for theintegration and analysis. Questionnaires for this experiment has also been processedBeijing University of Physical Education Chinese Association of RehabilitationMedicine, Dongcheng District, Beijing Sports Bureau fitness testing center, healtheducation centers, health education centers in China, Beijing Fu Wai Hospital, BeijingHospital and other units of the relevant experts for the applicability andfeasibility ,which laid a good foundation.After 10 months of intervention, this study had evaluated the intervention ofresearch subjects of physical activity level and physical fitness from the questionnaireexperimental data were analyzed, which offered a solid foundation for a larger samplesize for the experiment and promote the research findings.The main conclusions are as follows:1 This study shows that sedentary intervention by improving the overall consciouspopulation, physical activity participation in scientific and increase the number ofpeople involved in physical activity for the formation of a good, which is the basis ofhealthy lifestyle reduce disease.2 Through the experimental data, this study shows that sedentary intervention cansignificantly enhance human physical health and affect the thinking and action, whichcan establish the concept of good health and enhance physical fitness purposes.Three of the experimental data show that sedentary intervention can significantlyenhance the restoration of heart function. Oxygen uptake capabilities of the impact isnot very significant, the cardiovascular capacity and resilience has been largelyimproved; experimental data also shows that take interventions for a long time is has alittle effect for physical test body shape
