      This procedure is compiled as a guide and standard for practices of tesing and adjustment to facilitate examination the ability of modulating control system (MCS) to track and meet fluctuating load demand.2. 负荷变动范围 Load change range负荷稳定在65%-100% MCR之间时,通过协调控制以3% MCR/min负荷变化速率,变化负荷,持续时间最长为5分钟Keep the unit running steadily on load from 65% to 100% MCR, change the load through CCS at rate of 3% respectively, with each load level lasting for 5 minutes at most.3. 调试前必须具备的条件 Conditions of commissioning3.1机组具备带满负荷、安全稳定运行的能力。

      Unit should be capable of running on full-load stably and safely.3.2协调控制系统各功能经试验已投入运行,主要模拟量控制系统如炉膛压力控制、锅炉风量控制、锅炉给水控制、主汽温度控制、再热蒸汽温度控制、燃烧控制已投入运行,调节品质优良All functions of CCS should have been tested and put into service. The following main features of MCS should have been running satisfactorily.l Furnace pressure controll Boiler air flow control l Boiler feed water controll Main steam temperature controll Reheat steam temperature controll Combustion control3.3负荷在65%-100%MCRUnit load should be kept between 65% and 100%MCR.4. 调试步骤 Process of commissioning4.1逐步投入以下各主要系统的自动调节回路:主蒸汽压力调节系统锅炉给水调节系统主蒸汽温度调节系统再热蒸汽温度调节系统炉膛压力调节系统送风及氧量校正调节系统The following regulating loops of MCS should be put into operation in succession:l Main steam pressure control systeml Boiler feed water control systeml Main steam temperature control systeml Reheat steam temperature control systeml Furnace pressure control systeml Boiler air flow and oxygen content correction control4.2在各回路自动调节系统工作稳定后,投入CCS机炉协调方式,进行动态参数整定。

      After each MCS loop working steadily, put coordinated boiler-turbine control mode of CCS into operation, and carry out dynamic parameters setting.4.3前述条件满足及参数,负荷稳定后,进行负荷变动试验When above conditions are met, parameters and load become stable, carry out the MCS load change test.4.4试验时记录的主要参数:l 机组负荷指令l 机组实际功率l 主蒸汽压力l 主蒸汽温度l 再热蒸汽温度l 汽包水位l 烟气含氧量l 炉膛压力The main parameters to be recorded are as following:l Unit load instruction and unit actual loadl Main steam pressure and main steam temperaturel Reheat steam temperaturel Drum levell Flue gas oxygen contentl Furnace pressure.4.5负荷变动试验 Test of load fluctuating.4.5.1负荷变化率设置为3% MCR/min。

      The rate of load change is set at 3% MCR/min.4.5.2以3.3% MCR阶跃量减少机组目标负荷指令,观察负荷响应情况并记录机组负荷及各参数变化数据Generate a step reduction of 3.3% MCR from the unit target load instruction, observe the load response and note down the change of parameters.4.5.3上述试验后,机组负荷稳定后,再以3.3% MCR阶跃量增加机组目标负荷指令,观察负荷响应情况并记录机组负荷及各参数变化数据When the unit load dropped and becomes stable, increase the unit target load instruction by a step of 3.3%MCR; observe the load response and take record of parameters change.4.5.4以10% MCR阶跃量减少机组目标负荷指令,观察负荷响应情况并记录机组负荷及各参数变化数据。

      Reduce the unit target load instruction by a 10% MCR step, and observe load response and note down change of parameters.4.5.5上述试验后,机组负荷稳定后,再以10% MCR阶跃量增加机组目标负荷指令,观察负荷响应情况并记录机组负荷及各参数变化数据When above tests completed and the unit load settled down, increase the unit target load instruction by a step of 10%MCR, observe how the unit load changes and take down the change of parameters.4.5.6以15% MCR阶跃量减少机组目标负荷指令,观察负荷响应情况并记录机组负荷及各参数变化数据Reduce the unit target load instruction by a 15% MCR step, and observe load response and note down change of parameters.4.5.7上述试验后,机组负荷稳定后,再以15% MCR阶跃量增加机组目标负荷指令,观察负荷响应情况并记录机组负荷及各参数变化数据。

      When above tests completed and the unit load settled down, increase the unit target load instruction by a step of 15%MCR, observe how the unit load changes and take down the change of parameters.5. 注意事项 Precautions5.1 参加调试的所有工作人员应严格执行现场有关安全规定,确保调试工作安全可靠地进行All personnel participating in commissioning should strictly execute relevant site-safety-rules to ensure the work can be done safely and reliably.5.2 如在调试过程中可能或已经发生设备损坏、人身伤亡等情况,应立即停止调试工作,将设备置于最低能量状态,并分析原因,提出解决措施In case of any misfortune already or possible happened, such as equipment-damage or health-hazard, the commissioning task should be suspended, set the equipments at lowest energy condition. The solution should be issued after analysis.5.3 如在调试过程中发现异常情况,应及时调整,并立即汇报指挥人员。

      If any abnormality is discovered during commissioning, adjustment should be executed in time and report the instr。
