由于疏忽大意，该集装箱本应到达香港，却误到了天津经与卖方和买方协商，同意将集装箱从天津退回香港买方同意接收该批货物天津的代理公司正在处理中国的转口产品，所有相关费用由卖方承担Seller: 美国某公司Signe: 签署人Buyer: 香港某公司Signe: 签署人Agent in Tianjin: 天津代理。
