The level of inventory management is very important to reduce the cost and improve the service level and satisfaction.Analysis of the status quo of Beijing Lining clothing warehouse through this paper, put forward the following two problems: first, Beijing warehouse inventory of raw material classification method is not reasonable, leading to a large backlog of inventory; second, Beijing warehouse stores distribution order point is not scientific, leading to high levels of safety stock.
