要改变辽宁省的工业发展低水平落后特别是轻工产业发展滞后的情况，必须对辽宁省的产业结构进行进一步的研究调整和产业升级才能从根本上解决问题，从而促进辽宁省经济的增长本文通过运用统计学相关原理以及对比分析等方法对辽宁省的产业结构、辽宁省的轻工业发展现状进行分析发现：辽宁省三次产业结构比例不合理，第二产业比重过大并呈现增大的趋势，第二产业和第三产业比例差距过大；轻重工业产值、比重差距大，重工业的产值比重是轻工业的近四倍；轻工业内部各行业间发展不协调，以农产品为原料的轻工行业与以非农产品为原料的轻工业直接产值差距非常大；轻工企业的规模较小，效益差针对存在的问题题出了制定轻工业发展规划、促进轻工业间协调发展、建立主题轻工业园区、扩大非公有制经济扶持中小企业发展、加强创新体系建设等措施关键词：产业结构；对策 轻工业；辽宁IIAbstractLiaoning Province as an important old industrial bases in China since the founding of our country in economic development has made tremendous contributions to their status. 轻工业按使用的原料不同，可以分为两大类：一是以农产品为原料的轻工业；二是以非农产品为原料的轻工业与其它产业相比，轻工业具有投资少，见效快。
