42页本 科 毕 业 设 计(2006 届)题 目 锯片侧角研磨机控制系统研究学 院 自动化学院专 业 电气工程与自动化班 级 020633学 号 02063315学生姓名 韦声铎指导教师 薛凌云完成日期 2006 年 6 月摘 要随着我国锯木市场的蓬勃发展,硬质合金圆锯片大受欢迎,而锯齿的研磨一直是由专业技术人员靠经验完成,精度不够高,效率比较低,于是锯片研磨机应运而生,它是一种对圆锯片进行研磨加工的机器,是机械与自动化结合的典型产物,具有中国企业智能化发展的典型特征运用数控技术,将具有控制功能的PLC 引入机械加工中,使高精密的研磨技术成为轻而易举的事,能使锯片保持精确而锋利的齿型,并减少人工和时间上的浪费,大大提高了工作效率根据研磨锯齿的角度,锯片的研磨可以分为研磨锯齿的前角、后角、侧角根据此分类锯片研磨机可分为前角磨齿机、后角磨齿机和侧角磨齿机本文主要研究其中的侧角研磨机——锯片侧角研磨机文章介绍了合金圆锯片研磨机及其数控机床在国内外的现状及其发展趋势,详细的论述了锯片侧角研磨机的工作原理和锯齿刃磨技术通过对锯片侧角研磨机系统的分析,了解了单齿磨削工艺流程和自动磨削工艺流程。
通过对锯片侧角研磨机机械装置和工艺流程的研究设计了 PLC 核心控制系统、人机界面及两者间的通讯,控制系统的设计介绍了整个控制系统的硬件构造和电气连接系统的软件设计部分介绍了 PLC 关键程序和人机界面的设计文章的最后讨论了该控制系统的不足和改进方向,并对锯片侧角研磨机的前景作了展望关键词:硬质合金圆锯片;研磨机;PLC;人机界面ABSTRACTWith the increasing development of the woodworking, metal circular saw blade has been widely used, But the saw used to be grinded by professional, it. Is inefficient and low of the require precision. So saw blade grinding machine has been invented. It is a kind of machine which is used to grind the round saw blades. It is the typical product of the combination of mechanism and automation, representing the unique intellectualization of Chinese corporations. With the numerical control technology and adding the PLC which have control function to the machine, it can easily apply to the industrial process and also help the blades maintain a precise and sharp saw tooth. The point is that it can cut the waste of manual work and save more time, making the process much more efficiently.According to the angles grinded, the grinding can be categorized into three kinds: grinding the front angle, grinding the side angle and grinding the side angle. And from this, the machine can be classified into front angle grinding machine, side angle grinding machine and side angle grinding machine. This design project for graduation will focus on the side angle grinding machine.The essay will introduce the development of the round saw blade grinding machine home and abroad, analyse the working principle and technological process of the side angle grinding machine. It will design the core controlling system of the machine on the basis of studying the machinery device and technological process.
