    • 武汉科技大学武汉科技大学 第 I 页摘摘 要要设备是企业生产的基础设施,加强设备寿命周期管理,降低设备的寿命周期费用是非常有必要的随着计算机技术的发展,建立设备寿命周期信息管理系统是使设备在生命周期中发挥最大的效用,提高企业经济效益的有效途径本文针对冶金企业设备的特点,结合国内外设备管理的经验,提出对冶金设备的全寿命周期的完善管理,并通过对设备费用数据样本存储形式的分析,运用多种预测方法对费用变化趋势进行预测分析,得出了最优设备更新决策模型该设备更新年限预测决策模型成功解决了采样数据因波动或缺省带来的预测不精确的问题同时,此预测决策模型考虑了货币的时间价值影响因素,使设备费用及寿命预测更具有经济性、合理性利用JSP技术在Web应用程序的开发优势,结合设备编码数据库,开发出了一套以冶金设备寿命周期为管理对象的信息系统本系统界面以冶金设备寿命周期业务管理流程为依据,界面主题明确通过导航菜单,管理人员能在客户端以填写表单的形式将设备费用情况直接录入数据库,并可以通过设备更新年限预测决策模块,实现设备费用的统计和设备更新年限的预测。

It is necessary to strengthen the management of equipment life cycle and reduce the cost of equipment life cycle. With the development of computer technology, building the management system of equipment life cycle is an effective way to maximize the effectiveness of equipments and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on the characteristics of metallurgical equipments, the sound management of metallurgical equipment entire life cycle is put forward according the domestic and foreign equipment management experience. And the optimal decision-making model of equipment update is set up through the store form analysis of the equipment costs sample data and various forecasting methods to predict and analyze the cost trend. The decision-making model of equipment updating time forecasting successfully resolves the problem of inaccurate forecasts caused by the fluctuations or default of sampling datas. Meanwhile, the forecasting decision-making model involves the factors of time value of money, so make the forecast of equipment costs and life more economics and reasonable.Make use of the JSP advantage in developing Web application, an information systems direct to the life cycle management of metallurgical equipment is set up combining with the equipment coding database. The system interface is based on the business management processes of metallurgical equipment life cycle, theme is clear. Through the navigation menu, the management can directly input equipment cost in forms into the database at the client.
