基于河南粮食生产核心区经济竞争力研究

1、基于河南粮食生产核心区经济竞争力研究摘要自中国加入WTO之后，世界粮食供求关系发生了一定变化，从而粮食安全问题也成了人们备受关注的话题。粮食市场国际化趋势不断发展，中国粮食已经并将越来越深入地融入世界市场竞争之中，中国粮食要想在世界竞争中占有一席之地，首先要加强各个粮食生产核心区经济竞争力。河南是人口大省、粮食生产大省，抓好粮食生产事关经济社会发展、事关国家粮食安全。素有“中原粮仓”美誉之称的河南，因其富饶的土地资源和适宜的气候，成为我国传统粮食的生产大省，占据全国粮食总产量的十分之一，为本省以及全国其他部分地区都提供了较为充足的粮食资源，其粮食加工制品也销售到全国各地。河南是全国重要的粮食主产区，国家对我省粮食生产寄予厚望。胡锦涛总书记在河南视察工作时嘱托：“能不能保障国家粮食安全，河南的同志肩上是有责任的”。温家宝总理也指出：“河南为保证国家粮食安全做出了重要贡献，要在加强农业基础工作、提高农业生产能力方面再上一个新台阶”。近些年来河南按照中央部署，始终不渝地抓好粮食生产，连续三年粮食总产超千亿斤，为国家粮食安全作出了应有的贡献。此外，河南省作为全国粮食的主产区省份之一，和山东省、

2、东三省、河北等省相比，其经济竞争力如何？在建设过程中有哪些优势、劣势、机会、威胁？这是我们研究此课题的目的和意义所在。在此背景下，本文研究河南省粮食生产核心区经济竞争力，主要在区域竞争力的相关理论和国内外相关的研究基础上，选取河南省为研究对象，针对河南省生产核心区的现状，利用SWOT分析法，分析河南省生产核心区在经济竞争中的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，并且提出了基于层次分析法的区域粮食生产核心区经济竞争力模型。最后根据河南省提升竞争力的难题，提出了提升河南粮食生产核心区经济竞争力的对策与建议。关键字：河南省、粮食；核心区；经济竞争力ABSTRACTAlong with the world food supply and demand situation changes, China food safety problem has attracted a lot of attention.
