7、cadres in enterprise development in the深基坑降水工程施工组织设计二00六年二月二十四日目 录轻型井点一、 工程概况二、 施工条件三、 施工方案四、 施工方法及质量措施五、 平面布置及剖面图一、工程概况二、 施工条件沟槽自然地面，施工现场地平面平整，且面层无坚硬的石块，道渣砖块等垃圾，地下无障碍物，挖好，以便施工冲孔。三、 施工方案1、 井点选择：坞室地下连续墙先施工时，需先开挖一条大约1m深的沟槽，需采用轻型井点配合连续墙沟槽降水，降低地下水位负1.5至2m左右，以充分发挥连续墙顺利施工，现拟以地下连续墙施工前，沟槽两边采用双排井点降水，使沟槽两边的水位不能渗透沟槽内，待坞室地下连续墙作业全部结束后，在坞室坞首深基坑开挖前，坞室及坞首地下连续墙四周外边离50cm再布置轻型井点降水，连续墙外边需降至-4m左右深度，减少墙外对基坑内压力，同时-3m至4m左右走向为粉土层及粉砂，粉土渗透系数大，本工程降水宜用一级降水系统。2、 根据一级轻型井点降水，为了要达到要挖的深度及挤压力为-3m至-4m左右，需把井点支管埋置在5-6米的深度，同时缩短总管的延长，

8、提高吸水真空扬程距离，这样就达到了一级基坑开挖的深度。3、 坞室连续墙全长464米，宽139.9米，合计周长1207米，坞首长大约140米，宽大约40米，合计周长360米，坞室坞首共计周长1567米，坞室连续墙开挖沟槽时，需沟槽降低水位时，沟槽两边需布置双排井点降水，每套轻型井点延长为60米，坞室坞首连续墙施工时，共布置52套轻型井点降水配合地下连续墙施工，在降水施工中，先布置一段轻型井点降水给连续墙施工，待地下连续墙作业做好一段后，再继续布置后一段轻型井点给连续墙施工，以此类推，等坞室地下连续墙施工完毕，坞室地下连续墙沟槽布置井点全部拆除，再布置连续墙墙外边井点降水，坞室连续墙周长1207米，每套为延长60米，共20套降水设备，坞首连续墙周长360米，每套为延长60米，共6套降水设备，降低水位，减少基坑外边对深基坑内挤压力，待坞室、坞首深基坑内承台底板浇筑好，待养护10天左右，连续墙外边轻型井点全部拆除。4、 在井点打好正常运转后，根据日出水量情况，一般情况2至3天，连续墙沟槽可进行试开挖，开挖沟槽连续墙施工时，其两边井点继续降水，待连续墙做好一段，井点拆除一段，继布置后一段井点。5
