Hardened workpiece with complicated shape (such as drawing templet, die space, ram head and etc) could be machined by linear or circular approaching method. 适 用 范 围 Applications NINGJIANG MACHINE TOOLS Applicatiions could be entarged when the following accessories is equipped. 45 angle plate to grind inner or outer sphere (not more than a semi-sphere) Groove grinding accessory to grind key way and square hole larger than 4040 mm (LW) Adjustable angle plate to grind taper hole

Form grinding and profile grinding could be performed Drum type cam could be machined by horizontally installed CNC rotary table. Archimdes spiral cam and equant shape could be machined by vertically installed CNC rotary table Spin table (Oprional) is designed for rotary workpiece with non-linear generatrix Large power grinding head is provided for heavy grinding. Carbide miller(max. diameter 10) could be mo

6、双柱定梁龙门式机床。床身为刚性极好的箱式结构。主 柱在横梁上左右移动，主轴箱沿立柱导轨可以作上下移动。床身和横梁的刚性 极好，保证了X、Y、Z轴的高定位精度。 机床的Z轴与U轴联动进行锥度磨削，操作更方便。Z轴采用电 器伺服控制，因此具有反向精度高的特点。 Double column, fixed beam gantry structure. Box type machine bed with excellent rigidity. Column moves along fixed beam and headstock move up/down along column guide-way. Good rigidity of machine bed and beam ensure high positioning accuracy of X, Y-axis. Z and U axis could be simultaneously controlled to perform taper grinding. 7、high reverse accuracy. 机 床 结 构Structure 结构特点 Features 机床床身、立柱、滑动工作台均采用高质量的密烘铸铁， 套筒支承采用特制的自循环直线 滚动轴承，轻便、灵活、精度保持长久 A self-cycling linear rolling bearing is for the quill support to feature light and sensitive movement, and to keep long-lasting accuracy. 主轴 套筒 Spindle and Quill “U轴”采用本公司专利结构。可自动修正、 自动补偿砂轮。 U-axis construction is our patent design with automatic wheel dressing and compensation U 轴 U-axis 主轴轴线热稳定装置 Thermal stablilzer for spindle axes NINGJIANG MACHINE TOOLS 立柱采用整体箱式结构，具有最佳热对称性和结构稳定性。

8、 立柱内部设有平衡磨头箱的两只并联气缸，保证了磨头 箱移动可靠、灵敏，同时也延长了W向导轨的使用寿命。 Machine body,column and sliding worktable are made of high quality meehanite metal,and a one-piece box column design features optimal thermal-symmetry and structural stability. Two parallel cylinders builtin the column are for balancing spindle housing to ensure its movement reliability and sensitivity,and meantime extend service life of W axis guideway. “C轴”为跟踪轴，操作者只需照看一下进刀，而无需 刀具半径补偿和刀具偏置。因此，调整方便。利用“C轴” 功能，操作者可在机床上对所磨削的工作进行检测。 C-axis is a fol

9、low-up axis which can provide convenient operation as no tool compenstion and tool radius offset are needed ,and only wheel feed is taken care of.With C-axis function, the ground workpiece can be measured directly on the machine. 轴 C-axis 立卧两用回转工作台用于磨削凸轮、叶片等回转体 零件。 由于Z轴采用伺服电机控制，磨轮下反向点精度为 0.05mm，因此可以磨削台阶或盲孔。 （MK2932B除外） 。 H/V rotary table is used to grind such rotary parts as cams and blades. Tolerance on down reversing point is within 0.05mm because servo-motor is used to control Z-asis, so shoulders and blind holes can be ground on the machine (except Model MK2932B). 轴 (选购) A-axis(opt.)
