1、摘 要随着科学技术的进步和生产力的发展，顾客消费水平不断提高，消费需求日益多样化和个性化。21世纪，顾客拥有越来越大的决定权力，每个企业都将面临更大的外部压力和更严峻的挑战。以前是企业和企业之间的竞争，21世纪将是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。正因为如此，供应链的研究在近几年受到了越来越多的重视，主要在供应链的不确定性，伙伴关系选择，二级供应链的优化以及供应链中信息共享、协调等。随着制造成本的提高，响应周期的缩短以及生产精细化程度的提高，生产活动对制造企业的要求越来越高，依靠单个企业的活动很难从整体上对时间和成本进行控制。实施供应链协同制造，建立基于整体供应链的信息协调系统，可以从供应链整体的角度对 生产活动进行控制协调，实时反馈制造过程中的生产信息，为制造活动的执行提供有效信息支持。近十年以来，国际化、动态化的市场竞争日益激烈，产品种类飞速增加，交货周期日益缩短，市场需求波动不定等因素给供应链管理带来了巨大的挑战，物流的重要性也日益突显。 如何及时满足客户的需求以及市场的变化?如何降低运营成本并最终提高企业核心竞争力?这在很大程度上取决于企业如何整合供应链资源，发挥供应链整体优势。企业的
