1、 毕毕 业业 设设 计（计（ 论论 文文 ）题题 目目建筑施工安全管理及事故控制建筑施工安全管理及事故控制作作 者者学学 院院专专 业业学学 号号指导教师指导教师二一三 年 5 月 31 日摘要摘要随着改革开放的深化，我国城镇化建设不断深入，各行各业都得到了不同程度的发展，其中建筑行业最为突出。建筑行业飞速的发展，取得了令人瞩目的成就。但是，在取得这些成就的同时，也伴随着大量安全事故的发生，给人民群众的生命安全和国家财产带来了巨大的损失，也严重影响了社会的稳定与和谐发展。鉴于此，本文从建筑施工安全体管理和事故控制方面出发，对建筑施工安全管理及其事故问题进行了研究。本论文以建筑施工安全作为研究对象，利用建筑施工安全管理的理论知识、现代系统理论、故致因理论等，开展对建筑施工安全管理和事故控制的研究。论文的主要内容如下：第一章，介绍本文选题和研究的背景，研究的目的及其意义。罗列我国现阶段建筑施工安全管理的现状，介绍研究方法。第二章，建筑施工安全管理基本理论，介绍安全管理的概念、特点、实质、构成等。还详简单介绍了安全文化和事故类型。第三章，建筑施工事故致因分析。从事故致因理论的角度研究建筑施工

2、中事故产生的原因和说明事故的分类。并对“六大伤害”事故进行分析。第四章，建筑施工现场危险源辨识与管理。利用安全管理学的理论对建筑施工中的危险源进行分析研究。第五章，建筑施工安全事故及控制措施。从施工方法的角度来说明在施工现场如何进行安全管理。第六章，工程项目施工安全监理的实例。以安全监理为介绍概述安全管理理论和事故控制理论在实际建筑施工中的应用。关键词关键词：建筑施工；事故控制；安全管理；危险源辨识ABSTRACTWith the deepening of reform and opening up, Chinas urbanization continued to deepen, and businesses have been different levels of development, including the construction industry the most prominent.
