元旦许愿活动策划元旦“许愿”活动 测试与光电工程学院权益保障部 2012年11月 活动背景:时间悄然，转眼间又是一年的年尾了。不管这一年是好是坏、是开心还是悲伤，人们对未来的憧憬是不会变的。我权益保障部借元旦这一契机将举办元旦“许愿”活动。希望可以给同学们带点欢乐，同时也祝愿大家在未来的日子里如鱼得水。 策划部门:测试与光电工程学院权保部 协办部门:待定 活动内容:(1)“寄家书” (2)“许愿” “寄家书”活动 活动目的:正值元旦之际，我权保部特拟组织此活动，希望以传统的写信形式来纪念大学第一个有意义的元旦节，用传统书信在2013新的一年到来之际给家人报平安，给朋友送祝福，让同学们学会感恩，懂得感恩，传递祝福。同时，借此机会让大家重新熟悉书信，在当下信息化时代不忘回归传统，体会书信不同于E-Mail，手机短信的醇香。 活动时间:2013年元旦前两到三周 活动具体安排: 1.前期宣传动员:相关干事提前写好宣传单，利用大一晚自习时间我权保部副部及干事分成2-3组到自习室进行活动宣传动员,向同学发放宣传单，动员同学积极参加，让他们提前准备，写好稿件(即家书);联系院宣传部提供2-3张海报，置于17栋和9栋宿舍大厅进行宣传(元旦前三周完成)。另一方面通过腾讯微博的传播尽量让学院的每一个人知道。 2.活动中期安排:根据通知的时间到各班自习教室发放信封(向已写信的同学发放)，并于20-30分钟后确认地址邮编无误，再由各班负责人收齐交到权保部汇总(元旦前两周完成)。 3.活动后期处理、宣传:我权保部干事集中分类邮件，细化到省内外，再统一粘贴邮票，确认信息无误后分3-4批，约2天寄出，到时可以请宣传部来拍摄活动过程，写报道，通过院报，院网站等展示出来(元旦前一周完成)。 注:1.前期宣传可借此机会重新普及书信格式; 2.事先收集各地邮资情况，便于贴邮票; 3.提前通知宣传部，以防他们任务繁忙来不及; 4.因为本次活动完全自愿，为保证实行效果，前期宣 传一定要够吸引人，有诱惑力。 “许愿”活动 活动时间:元旦晚会入场前 活动具体流程: 1.通过早期宣传让大家(新生)知晓此次活动，可以采用宣传单和微博二维宣传方式进行; 2.联系院宣传部绘画一、两张关于此次活动的宣传海报，并于元旦之前安放于17栋和9栋走廊之间; 3.元旦晚会入场前，由本部门干事从办公室搬两桌两椅至大活展厅两侧，并指派干事值班(具体活动事宜见备注)，通知宣传部将此次活动有关的海报都搬至大活; 4.元旦晚会开始前，由两名干事指引入场观众参与许愿活动(具体活动事宜见备注)，直至晚会开始二十分钟后方可撤摊; 5.活动中指派一两名干事拍照记录我部门本次活动的筹备及实施过程，以便做后期宣传(发微博、写报道至宣传部邮箱刊登)。 备注:1)干事值班时指引入场观众分流两边桌子，一张桌子用于写许愿卡观众想要实现的愿望(可以实现的)，将卡片至于“许愿箱”里，待晚会开始后送至后台用于抽奖(抽奖事宜联系文艺部);另一张桌子的干事准备好便签纸和笔，用来让入场观众填写心愿，并指导观众贴于许愿海报上。 2)干事将入场观众指引至摊点并引导其参加许愿活动，并在期间讲述参与许愿活动的流程。 “写家书”活动粗略安排: 微博宣传: 所有副部 采购: 江淑玲、杨颖、卢丽华 编写打印宣传单: 林祖锋、甘泉 联络宣传部: 刘晓艺、习勤勇 “许愿”活动粗略安排: 微博宣传: 所有副部 搬桌椅: 朱国胜、施伟国、米泉帅、帅敏 指引: 王妍妍、夏倩 接待: 甘泉、杨颖 拍照: 叶明宇、江淑玲 督察: 部长、副主席辛颖 材料准备及预算: 1.宣传单 200* 0.1元 2.信封+邮票 120*1.2元 3.许愿卡(手工制作) 300张约合20元 4.黑色中性笔 20*2=40元 5.便签纸 10元 6.桌椅 2副 总计: 234元(英文版 ) Two regulations promulgated for implementation is in the party in power for a long time and the rule of law conditions, the implementation of comprehensive strictly strategic plan, implementation in accordance with the rules and discipline to manage the party, strengthen inner-party supervision of major initiatives.
