(3)副词修饰其它副词的句子. 关于数词 数词通常修饰什么词？ 翻译短语：80%的销售计划；第5个消费者,与汉语相同，英语里也有介词和叹词。但是，汉语里没有冠词。 介词在英语里是比较复杂的。而冠词更是中国人学习英语的难点之一。叹词在正式交际中则很少被使用。,4.介词、冠词和叹词,（1）介词的性质及其用法,英语句子里，介词通常用在名词或代词前，构成介词短语。这些名词或代词又称为介词的宾语，构成介宾结构。 介词结构或介宾结构在英文句中通常作状语或表语。如果是做状语，一般表示主语动作发生的时间、地点、对象、方式、原因等意义。如果是做表语，则表示主语的位置或处境。 介词在英文中叫做preposition，所以查英汉字典的时候，当一个词是介词时，会被标注为prep. 或pr.,介词的用法,介词的第一种用法是： 主语+系动词be+介词短语，表示主语的位置或处境。 例如： Where are you? I am in the classroom. She is in danger. / We are in safety.( or in safe hands),介词的用法(续1),介词的第二种用法： 主语+动词+介词短语，一般用来表示主语动作发生的时间、地点、方式、原因等意义。这也是介词最主要的用法。 我们将重点解释介词的这种用法。,介词的用法(续2),（1）在“主语+动词+介词短语”结构中，介词短语表示主语动作发生的时间，做状语。这样的介词包括： A表示动作发生的时间点，常用介词是：in, on, at等。 in表示较长时间点或时间段，如世纪、朝代、时代、年、季节、月及一般（非特指）的早、中、晚等。 in the 20th century, in the 1950s, in 1989, in summer, in January, in the morning, in ones life , in ones thirties等。 on表示具体某一天及其早、中、晚。如on May 1st, on Monday, on New Years Day, on a cold night in January, on a fine morning, on Sunday afternoon等。 at表示某一时刻或较短暂的时间。如at 3:20, at this time of year, at the beginning of, at the end of , at the age of , at Christmas， at New Years Eve, at night, at noon, at this moment等。 注意：在last, next, this, that, some, every 等词之前一律不用介词。如：We meet every day. （every day, 时间副词, 做状语）,介词的用法(续3),（1）在“主语+动词+介词短语”结构中，介词短语表示主语动作发生的时间，做状语。这样的介词包括： B表示动作发生的时间段，常用介词是：during, for, within, fromto等。 during表示动作发生在某种已确切限定的时期或时段内，常用于一般现在时或一般过去时句子中。如 during the Middle Ages，during 1942，during the summer of that year，during summer, during daytime, during the night, during his childhood。 for表示动作持续一定数量的时间段，常于完成时态相联系。如 for six years, for two months, for a whole day。 within表示动作发生在一定时间范围内，常用于祈使句。如 within two days。 from to 表示动作从某时间点到另一时间点持续，常用于一般现在时或过去进行时。,介词的用法(续4),（1）在“主语+动词+介词短语”结构中，介词短语表示主语动作发生的时间，做状语。这样的介词包括： C表示动作发生在某时间点之前，常用介词是：before(=by)。 Phone (或Call)me before noon.
