.聘用合同EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT聘用方 :受聘方 :Employer:Employee:受聘方 (以下称为外籍教师 )自愿来到深圳市 * 文化发展有限公司担任英语教师。聘用方和外籍教师本着友好合作的精神，同意签定合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务。The Employee (hereafter referred to as“Foreign Teacher”) willingly comes to Shenzhen to be a teacher at * Education. The Employer and the Foreign Teacher, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to all the obligations stipulated in it.一、外籍教师职责Foreign Teachers Duties and Responsibilities1.合同期间，外籍教师需遵守公司的工作时间与公司规定，并且不允许在合同期内辞职。The Foreign Teacher should comply with the schedule and regulations of * Education, and he/she must not resign during the contract term.2. 外籍教师必须提供真实有效的身份证件，如因证件原因产生的后果自行负责。The Foreign Teacher must provide the real ID certificates, and be responsible for the consequences caused by the fake certificates.3. 外籍教师应使用聘用方提供的教学材料，制定合适的教学计划，保证教学质量。The Foreign Teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan. The Foreign Teacher should apply this teaching plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons.4. 外籍教师主要的工作内容：The Foreign Teachers main working contents :a) 讲授语音课与口语课。To teach Oral English Lesson.b) 担任口语大赛的评委。To be a judge in the Oral English Competition.c) 组织备课和与家长学生互动活动。;.To prepare lessons before class and organize interaction activities with parents and students.d) 若教学时间有变动，应服从聘用方的安排，不得有异议。If the schedule of the classes is changed, the Foreign Teacher should obey the employersarrangement with no objection.e) 工作时间： 年 月 日 至 年 月 日，周一到周六，每天 6-8 课时。Working time： from Monday to Saturday, fromto, with 6 8 classes per day.5. 外籍教师同意在 * 文化发展有限公司三个分校任教（雁盟分校、桃源居分校、福永分校） 。 The Foreign Teacher will teach in the three branch schools of * Education which are Yanmeng branch, Taoyuanju branch and Fuyong branch.6. 外籍教师在上课时间不得迟到，若迟到 5 分钟以上，每次罚款 50 元。The Foreign Teacher must not be late for school. If he/she is late for school over 5 minutes each time, it will be a penalty of 50RMB each time.二、聘用方职责Employers Duties and Responsibilities1. 聘用方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。The Employer will provide guidance and evaluation of the Foreign Teachers work.2. 聘用方将安排一位中教协助外籍教师授课。A Chinese teacher will be arranged to assist the Foreign Teacher in teaching.3. 聘用方支付给外籍教师每个月人民币 _元，以及课时费每课时人民币 30 元。The Employer will provide a salary of RMB _ per month to the Foreign Teacher, and RMB30 per class.4. 聘用方支付外籍教师交通补贴人民币 _元/次。The Employer will provide a traffic allowance of RMB_each time, at most RMB100 per day.5. 每月 15 号支付上个月的薪酬与交通补贴。The salary and traffic allowance of this month will be paid by cash on the 15th day of next month.三、合同的终止Termination of Contract1. 如外籍教师违反聘用方的工作制度或者合同的其他条款，聘用方有权通知外籍教师终止合同。此情况，当月无任何薪酬与补贴。;.If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform his/her duties and responsibilities as shown in the Employer's working regulations and the contract, the contract will be terminated immediately. In this situation, the Foreign Teacher will not receive any salary and traffic allowance of this month.2. 如聘用方 外籍教 表 不佳，聘用方有 立即 止合同，外籍教 只能得到已工作的薪酬。If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform well in teaching at the discretion of the Employer, the contract will be terminated in 3 days, but the Foreign Teacher will only receive the salary of the days that he/she has worked.3. 如外籍教 在合同期内辞 ，聘用方有 不支付外籍教 任何薪酬与 。If the Foreign Teacher resigns during the contract term, the Employ has the right not to pay any salary or traffic allowance of this month to him/her.四、合同期限Contract Term本聘用合同有效期自 _起至 _止。This employment contract will be effective from _ to _ (DD/MM/YY).聘用方：受聘方：Employer:Employee: 人（ 字）外籍教 （ 字）Responsible personForeign Teacher (signature)日期： .Date: .;.
