There be句型：表示某地存有某物或某人。1.结构：There be+某物/某人+某地。Eg.There is a big supermarket near my house.2. 句子中的be(is/are/was/were)和后面所跟名词的单复数保持一致，并与句子的时态保持一致。Eg.There is some beef in the bowl. There are too many rules in my house. There was a pay phone on Center Street last year. There were many children in the Childrens Palace yesterday.3.就近原则：在并列主语的情况下，往往根据第一个主语的单复数来确定be的形式。Eg.There is a pen and two books on the desk.
