湖南大学硕士学位论文湿式离合器制动器纸基摩擦材料的研究姓名:马卫平申请学位级别:硕士专业:车辆工程指导教师:叶南海20070330硕士学位论文 II摘 要 纸基摩擦材料的出现是摩擦材料领域的一个变革,由于其特有的性能,提高了主机的性能,使主机体积变小,传递扭矩能力提高。在国外,纸基摩擦材料已广泛应用于各种湿式离合器、制动器上,特别是在汽车自动变速器上大量使用。 本文从纸基摩擦材料的产业化生产工艺流程和材质配方进行研究。通过采用连续成型工艺和真空抽滤成型工艺流程进行试制,研制结果表明纸基摩擦材料生产工艺流程采用湿法真空抽滤成型工艺方案具有创新性和实用性,且各项摩擦磨损性能稳定。在纸基摩擦材料真空抽滤成型工艺流程下,研究总结出了一套完整的工艺参数和工艺标准,提出了纸基材料真空抽滤器、打浆机等专用设备的工作原理和工艺要求。在纸基摩擦片的生产过程中,研究总结出了热压定形、电解除油、二次粘结、平板硫化机固化等一系列新的工艺方法和质量保证体系。在材质配方研究上,研究设计适用性强的基础配方,创造性提出了添加碳纤维和芳纶纤维的改进配方,极大改善了纸基摩擦材料的综合性能。 通过对纸基摩擦材料的研究,论文提出了一些新的工艺方法和材质配方,纸基摩擦材料的产品质量好,各项摩擦磨损性能稳定,提高了纸基摩擦材料的热稳定性,从而使纸基材料可以在大功率、高载荷工况下使用,为拓展纸基摩擦材料应用领域奠定了基础。 关键词:纸基摩擦材料;生产工艺;材质配方;真空抽滤;碳纤维;芳纶纤维 湿式离合器制动器纸基摩擦材料的研究 IIIAbstract The study on the industry production technical process and the material quality formula on friction based on paper carrying on the trial manufacturing through continuously shape the craft and shape the craft using the vacuum pulling out filters. Innovating argument is adding carbon fiber and fragrant black silk ribbon textile fiber in formula has better performance. Include because of more stable in hotter environment, friction based paper can be used under the high efficiency and high load environment so this research has developed the application domain of friction based paper.
