Contractors may, however, when agreed through UBR project engagement processes, utilize their own standards and procedures in so far as the requirements of their standards are at least equivalent to those of this Standard, the UBR project standards and those of applicable National and Local regulations which should be read and complied with in conjunction with this Standard. 这个标准适用于在UBR项目人员，承包商及其分包商。但是承包商如果得到UBR同意可以使用自己的标准和程序，他们的标准最少是和这个标准一致的，同时UBR项目和适用的国家和地方的法规应该被满足。3.0 Terms and Definitions 术语和定义UBR XXXUBR XX主题公园及度假区Contractor - Includes all parties working for the Project either as direct Contractor, or as a sub-contractor承包商 包括向项目汇报的直接雇佣的承包商或作为其分包单位。Employee Any person engaged in activities for the benefit of the UBR project or contractor and who receives payment, even on a temporary basis.
