开题报告:利用“结队帮扶”培养青年教师专业化成长实效性的研究Title: The Study of Utilizing “Group Assistance” to Cultivate the Effectiveness of Professional Growth of Young TeachersIntroductionIn recent years, the competition in education field is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to improve the quality of education, many schools have attached great importance to the cultivation of young teachers. However, the effectiveness of cultivating young teachers has been restricted by the lack of appropriate methods and measures. In view of this situation, this study aims to explore the effectiveness of utilizing “group assistance” to cultivate the professional growth of young teachers.Research BackgroundThe cultivation of young teachers is an important task for every school. As the main force of the future development of education, young teachers need to constantly improve their professional level and teaching ability. In order to achieve this goal, schools have always been committed to providing young teachers with various forms of training programs, such as organizing lectures, seminars and workshops, providing teacher resources and learning materials, etc. However, traditional training methods have limitations in achieving the effective professional growth of young teachers. For example, the training resources cannot meet the actual needs of young teachers due to the diversity of their teaching subjects; the training mechanism may be not reasonable and scientific, and the training effect may be difficult to measure and evaluate.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional training methods, a new model of cultivating young teachers has emerged in recent years, that is, “group assistance”. The “group assistance” model emphasizes the communication and cooperation among teachers, encourages teachers to learn from each other and share their experience, and aims to improve the overall level of teaching through mutual assistance and learning. This model has been recognized and promoted by many schools because of its advantages such as high feasibility, low cost, and high effectiveness.Research ContentThe research content of this study includes four parts: research background, research methodology, research contents and research significance.Research MethodologyIn this study, we will use the interview method and questionnaire survey method to collect data. Through the interviews, we will explore the professional growth status and needs of young teachers, as well as their attitudes and opinions on the “group assistance” model. The questionnaire survey will focus on investigating the actual effectiveness of the “group assistance” model in cultivating young teachers, and analyzing the factors affecting its effectiveness.Research ContentsThe research contents of this study include the following aspects:1. The investigation of the current professional growth status and needs of young teachers;2. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional training methods in cultivating young teachers;3. The exploration of the “group assistance” model in cultivating young teachers, including its definition, basic elements, and implementation methods;4. The investigation of the attitudes and opinions of young teachers on the “group assistance” model;5. The analysis of the factors affecting the effectiveness of the “group assistance” model, such as the level of mutual trust, the degree of cooperation, the diversity of teaching subjects, and the leadership support.Research SignificanceThe significance of this study lies in the following aspects:1. To provide a new approach for the cultivation of young teachers, which can effectively improve their professional level and teaching ability;2. To promote the communication and cooperation among young teachers, create a positive and harmonious atmosphere, and establish a long-term mechanism for mutual assistance and learning;3. To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the cultivation of young teachers, and provide a reference for the reform of teacher training mechanism;4. To explore the actual effectiveness of the “group assistance” model in cultivating young teachers, and provide empirical evidence for its promotion and popularization;4.
