Good morning, my dear teachers. It is a great honor for me to share my teaching idea with you. The topic of this lesson is If you go to the party, youll have a great time. It plays a very important part in English teaching of this unit. Now I will present my teaching plan in the following parts. Part 1 teaching material analysisAccording to the English curriculum, the goal of the English teaching in middle school is to cultivate students basic comprehensive language ability, promote students mental development and improve students comprehensive humanity ability. This lesson is about what you will do if you go to the party. It is a speaking and listening lesson. Part 2 analysis of the studentsThe junior middle school students abstract thinking ability is relatively low and their attention can be scattered easily. So I design some activities to arouse their interests. Part 3 teaching aims 1 Aims of knowledgeTo study some new words and phrases such as organize, have a great time.To Learn the usage of if clause+ the simple future tense.2 Aims of ability To master the usage of the sentence pattern if you go the party, you will have a great time. Improve students speaking and listening ability. 3 Aims of emotion To cultivate the Ss interest for learning English and positive emotion of taking part in different kinds of activities. Part 4 Teaching key points and difficult points. (1) Key points: some new words and phrases such as organize, have a great time and the sentence pattern if you go to the party, you will have a great time. (2) Difficult points: learn to use the sentence pattern to make sentences. Part 5 teaching methods and studying methods (1) In order to achieve the teaching aims and solve the key points and difficult points, I will use task-based language teaching method and communicative method in this lesson. (2) Studying method are cooperative learning and autonomous learning. Part 6 teaching aids Multi-media computer, tape recorder and some pictures Part 7 teaching procedureStep 1 warm-up and lead-in Have a free talk with the students, ask ss : When do you get up on weekends? When did you get up this morning? What will happen if you get up at 9? By these questions I will lead the students to the topic and prepare for learning the new lesson. Step 2 presentation Show several pictures of section A and learn some new phrases such as have a great time, wear jeans. Students talk about the pictures in groups.Then describe the pictures to the class. Complete 1a. This part aims to solve the key points and difficult points.Play the tape of 1b twice for Ss to listen and check the answers of 1a. The purpose is to let the students catch key words while listening. As for 1c Ask students to make dialogues in pairs. The purpose is to drill languages through activities. Step 3 Consolidation 1 listening of 2a and 2b Listen to 2a and 2b then complete the tasks. Ask several students to tell the class their answers and check answers on screen. The purpose is to develop the skills of listening. 这部分简单了，活动要具体。 Step 4 extension pair work of 2c Make a role play games and practice the conversation. The purpose is to improve the students team-work spirit and their speaking ability. Step 5 Summary and homework. 1 Ask students to discuss what we have learned from this lesson.
