Nantong CBD embraces its unique setting, creates a memorable skyline and landmark legible to the city as a destination, not only as an example of a contemporary CBD but a place at one with and sympathetically in tune with a respect for and desire to embrace sustainiability; economically, socially and ecologically.Nantong CBD is strucured as 2 distinct but interconnected districts. Whilst this new business district has undergone three phases of development, the final undeveloped parcels are under consideration for further refinements in view of the shifting economy and changing market demands. With an existing regulatory plan in place, the first step has been to understand the principles behind the overall development
