Comrade XI said all party members must achieve, leading cadres should first do whatever the 现场综合管理办法一、 总 则第一条 为有序、健康地进行项目部的综合管理，强化团队纪律、规范操作流程，根据XXX公司、XX公司制定的相关规章制度，制定本办法。第二条 项目部管理办法具体细化为：工作纪律管理、工作考勤管理、项目经营管理、报销开支管理、现场补助管理、车辆使用管理、办公生活用品管理、食堂管理等方面。第三条 本办法适用于项目全体人员。所有人员必须严格遵守本办法各项规定，不遵守本办法，造成不良影响或不良风气的人员将取消当年评选各项报优资格，触及安全、财账、纪律等原则性问题的人员一律上报至公司部门领导，并按公司规章制度进行处罚。二、 工作纪律管理 第四条 严格遵守国家法律、法规、管理条例各项规定。遵纪守法、廉洁自律、不违法。第五条 项目管理人员须严格履行项目管理规划所赋予的责任和义务，严格遵守公司、项目部各项工作制度。第六条 项目管理人员须自觉维护公司、项目部的公众形象，衣着整洁、卫生干净、举止得体，待人接物客气、有礼。第七条 规范摆放物品。办公桌的物品摆放整齐，所存资料及时归档，重要资料放入资料柜中，桌面临时存放的资料要及时清理。茶杯，办公用品摆放整齐。安全帽放置指定区域，保持个人场所清洁。第八条 在上班时间内应严格遵守工作纪律，认真完成工作任务，不得迟到、早退，不得干与工作无关的事，不得带领与工作无关的人员进入办公区。第九条 工作人员在上班时间内须身穿工作服，必须配戴工作牌。进入施工和装置区时应严格佩带及穿着劳保用品。第十条 要自觉爱护办公区各种办公设施及门窗、灯具、室外草坪、升旗台等公共设施。下班前应关好门窗和用电设备，注意防火、防盗、防泄密。第十一条 外来办事人员凭工作证、身份证登记后，由保安与相关人员取得联系、得到接待人允许后，方可进入办公室。办公区内禁止推销人员、收废品人员及其他闲杂人员进入。第十二条 自行车、机动车要停至划定的停车线内，不得乱停乱靠。第十三条 办公卫生、寝室卫生直接关系项目成员身体健康，代表公司形象，须大家自觉维护，项目部将定期开展卫生清扫工作。对于桌面乱、不整洁、不干净的办公区域、寝室区域将责令清理。三、 工作考勤管理第十四条 作息时间表内 容上 午下 午上班时间8：15-11：4514：00 -17：15班车时间7：45前往；11：45返回12：30前往；17：25返回用餐时间早：7：20-7：40；中：12：00-12：25；晚：18：00-19：00第十五条 双休日值班由项目部根据工作需要进行合理安排，以适当休息和满足项目工作需要为原则，项目部全体成员需服从值班安排。第十六条 项目部员工实行休假制度，原则上在现场每连续工作三个月可计十天的休假额度（用以现场工作期间的公休日和法定节假日的补休），可以累计使用，由项目部根据现场情况合理安排，经批准后执行；全年累计时间总数不超过 40 天(包括春节)，每次休假须提前7天向项目经理口头请示，由项目经理统筹安排，获准同意后，按公司相关规定办理请假手续。第十七条 项目现场人员不得随意旷工或离岗。因事或休假需要离岗的，应提前办理请假手续，并按审批权限批准后方可离岗,如遇特殊情况来不及办理手续的，应电话请假或出差申请，办理好工作交接，批准后方可离岗。现场人员请假3天之内,需经项目现场负责人审批,并报项目经理,超过3天（含3天）的,由项目经理审批。第十八条 项目现场考勤表由综合经理编制，根据本项目现场人员“工作在现场”，“工作在杭州”，“请假”三种情况进行考勤登记，以此为依据计算现场补助。其中“工作在现场”，指项目人员在现场工作，含因本项目需要前往除AA以外的城市出差（如监造、技术交流等），须计入现场补助；“工作在AA”、“请假”分别表示项目人员在杭州总部办公或请假不上班，均不计现场补助。四、 项目经营管理第十九条 项目部的经营事宜由项目经理负责、统一考虑，各岗位经理若有需要进行经营活动，须向项目经理请示，并获批准后方可开展。项目经营应在公司管理条例的规定额度范围内开展,如有特殊情况，须经XX公司总经理批准,否则超过部分不予报销。综合经理负责安排相关的接待等事宜，如自带公司自备酒水、买单、车辆接送等。第二十条 项目部在项目经营时主要对象为建设单位的主要相关领导、关键专业工程师和监理单位的总监，质量监督站的相关领导
