At this stage, Changsha City, Hunan Province, the number of media companies have reached dozens, and rely on their own resources, market and other advantages to seize a certain share of the market. In the face of the growing media market demand and the increasingly fierce competition, modern media companies must explore effective development strategy, so as to achieve their own competitive ability and profit level of synchronization.This paper selects the Hunan Star Entertainment Media Co. Ltd. as the research object, evaluation through the use of a variety of analytical models for the environment and the development of the company development situation, resources and capabilities, and explains its development goal and development strategy in the enterprise development cycle perspective. The future development of the enterprise can be divided into development stage, growth stage and mature stage, and the development strategy of each stage is discussed. On the basis of this, the paper further puts forward the guarantee measures of the development strategy of "strengthening the enterprise management level", "enhancing the ability of business development" and "strengthening the government support" and so on.In the follow-up work, the researchers should also strengthen the application results of the related development strategy, the dynamic adjustment of the enterprise development goals, the scientific analysis of the potential market and so on.
